SRJ Equine Winter Series and Trailblazers Qualifier.

Initial Entries close Thursday before at 09:00am.

Late entries accepted at £2.00 extra per class up till midday on the Friday before. Times published Friday pm.

Please state in the commentators notes if you are entering to Qualify for the Winter Series Championship.

ALL CLASSES ARE PRE-ENTRY INCLUDING CLEAR ROUND – DRAWN ORDER TIMES WILL BE GIVEN 2 DAYS BEFORE THE COMPETITION.
IF YOU MISS YOUR TIME YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPETE.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to West Wilts EC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

ROSETTES 1ST TO 6TH - PLEASE LEAVE AN A5 STAMPED ADDRESSED ENVELOPE WITH YOUR CLASS, RIDER NAME AND RIDER NUMBER ON THE BACK. THESE WILL BE SENT AT THE END OF THE DAY.

RESULTS FOR PLACINGS 1 - 6 WILL BE POSTED ONLINE AT THE END OF THE DAY.

Points will be awarded through entries placings to work your way up the league table and qualify your combination for the championships to be held on 12th March 2022.

The top 20 combinations in each class will qualify for the championship, where they can compete for the chance to win a championship Sash, Rosettes, Vouchers and Prizes.

Prizes for the championship day:

1st Place receives a £75 Voucher, a championship Sash, an SRJ Sponsored Prize and a Rosette.

2nd Place receives a £50 Voucher, an SRJ Sponsored Prize and a Rosette.

3rd Place receives a £25 Voucher, an SRJ Sponsored prize and a Rosette.

4th – 6th Places receive a rosettes.

         CHAMPION– AWARDED TO HIGHEST % OVERALL IN EACH CLASS.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY.

• All entries and payments to be made online.
• Any visitor who displays any symptoms or suspects they may have contracted Covid-19 must obviously not attend the venue.
• ALL horses must not be under current investigation for infectious diseases including, for example, Equine Herpes Virus (EHV), Equine Influenza, Strangles.
• All Horses must not have been in contact with and is not kept on the same premises as a horse known to have or be under investigation for the neurological form of EHV, Equine Influenza, Strangles or Equine Viral Arteritis. 
• All activity will be in accordance with the advice from the relevant national body, and ANY social distancing guidelines must always be adhered to.
• Please keep your time on site to a minimum, please don’t arrive more than 40 minutes before your test/round/ride time and leave the site as soon as it is safe for your horse to travel.
• Hand sanitising stations will be provided and members are encouraged to take home their rubbish where possible.
• Please park considerately, a safe distance from each other. Current recommendations are 10m apart if there is tying up on both sides of your box; 5m where tying up is on one side, and 3m apart if no tying up is used.
• HORSES/PONIES MUST NOT BE LEFT TIED UP OUTSIDE UNATTENDED.
• All competitors will be limited to 4 supporters per horse. No other person(s) should be in attendance.
• Please do not park in front of or block access to the loading bay.
• PLEASE PRINT/MAKE YOUR OWN ALLOCATED RIDER NUMBER OR USE YOUR NUMBER DISK. NUMBERS WILL BE ALLOCATED WITH TIMES. THIS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES AND MUST BE EASILY READABLE.
• NO spectators or filming are allowed in any of the warm up or competition arenas. Please use viewing areas.
• Warm up time may be limited by numbers allowed in arena to an estimated 30 – 40 minutes.
• You are expected to ride on your allocated times. If you do not do so, you risk being unable to compete.
• We ask that competitors maintain any social distancing in place at time of competition and, once you have finished competing, you leave the site as promptly as possible.
• No scoreboards or screens will be used on event and all scores/results will be published online at the end of the day.
• DRESSAGE SHEETS - Please email us for a copy or leave an A5 Large Letter Stamped Addressed HARD BACKED Envelope for rosettes or an ordinary SAE for dressage sheets only.
• PLEASE CLEAR UP ANY DROPPINGS OR HAY IN THE LORRY PARK.
• Dogs are allowed but MUST be kept on a short lead at all times. No Exceptions.

Championship Qualifying combinations are restricted as follows:

• 45cms, Combinations not to have ridden at any Affiliated/Pony Club/Riding Club 70cm event.
• 55cms, Combinations not to have ridden at any Affiliated/Pony Club/Riding Club 80cm event.
• 60cms, Combinations not to have ridden at any Affiliated/Pony Club/Riding Club 80cm event.
• 70cms, Combinations not to have ridden at any Affiliated/Pony Club/Riding Club 90cm event.
• 80cms, Combinations not to have ridden at any Affiliated/Pony Club/Riding Club 90cm event.

 All non-qualifying combinations are free from restrictions.
