Terms & Conditions

1. The show will be run in accordance with The Pony Club rule book for Show Jumping 2020 2. The decision of the Judges and Organisers is final. 3. Hard hats MUST be worn at all times with chinstrap fastened when mounted and must conform to PAS015 1998 or 2001 with BSI Kitemark, VG1 with BSI Kitemark, Snell E2001 onwards with the official Snell label and number, ASTM-F1163 2004a onwards with the SEI mark, AS/NZS 3838 2006 onwards. UNDER PONY CLUB RULES ALL PC MEMBERS HATS MUST BE TAGGED. 4. Correct dress MUST be worn i.e Hacking Jackets and tie (NO colours or anoraks). It is strongly recommended that body protectors should be worn. 5. Correct footwear MUST be worn. 6. Dogs MUST be kept on leads AT ALL TIMES. 7. Entries may be limited. 8. Any objections with £10 to the secretary. Deposit to be forfeited if objection over rules. 9. HEALTH & SAFETY – The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For measures to be effective, everyone MUST take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards. 10. LIABILITY – Although every care will be taken, neither the organisers nor any persons acting on their behalf or the Landowners can accept any liability for the loss, damage, accident or injury to persons, horses or property. 11. This event is open to all members of The Pony Club, Affiliated Riding Clubs, BHS, BSJA, BE and BD. Non members MUST be covered by their own insurance. Competitors take part at their own risk. 12. In the event of cancellation entry fees will be returned less £2 per competitor. The Competition will be run in accordance with the current Covid rules at the time of the competition.
