We are planning to hold our first XC instructional of 2021 on Sunday 26 September at the Pony Club field.  Groups will be organised to ensure your child is with a group suitable for them and their pony.

DRESS

·         Pony Club rugby/sweatshirts, shirt & tie, pale jodhpurs. 

·         Skull cap hats and body protectors must be worn and hats must be tagged to ensure compliance to Pony Club standards. 

·         Neckstraps or martingales are compulsory.

·         No jewellery is allowed (other than medical jewellery and a wristwatch)

·       If the rider has a medical condition that may impact on their care in case of an emergency, a medical armband is to be worn

£10.00 entry via MY RIDING LIFE by 17 September 2021 to allow sufficient time to organise groups. No text or e-mail entries.

Refunds only given with a vet note, doctors note or 48 hours’ notice.

COVID 19 RULES

·         DO NOT attend if you are experiencing symptoms or have a positive test result in your household.

·         There will be a tack check conducted at a safe distance. 

·         Please use the sanitisers available and keep your distances from each other in accordance with distancing rules.

·         Please do not go into the arena to help with jumps unless asked.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.

2) The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.

3) All non-Pony Club members are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Jersey Drag Hunt Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.
