We are delighted that Steph Lynn and Polly Morgan have agreed to teach on our half term 3 day instructional 😊

Both Steph and Polly are double vaccinated, and we are very hopeful that this time they can actually make it to Jersey and teach some great lessons for everyone!

The October instructional is a three-day course with a group lesson on each day:

Day 1 is focussed on flat work and/or poles, Day 2 is focussed on showjumping, and
Day 3 is all about cross country.

The lessons may be held in different locations on each day.  It is expected that you will attend all three days on the same pony.

Dress:

·        Pony Club Rugby/Sweatshirts, shirt & tie, pale jodhpurs. 

·       Skull cap hats and body protectors must be worn and hats must be tagged to ensure compliance to Pony Club standards. 

·       Neckstraps or martingales must be worn.

·        No jewellery is allowed (other than medical jewellery and a wristwatch)

Groups will be arranged so that children will benefit the most from the group they are in.  This may not allow friends/siblings/box sharers to be at the same time.  Places are limited, so please apply as early as possible, but no later than Friday 8 October.  If oversubscribed, places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. £65.00 entry via MY RIDING LIFE by 8 October 2021. Strict late entry fee of £80.00, if space allows.   

Please include on your entry whether you have taken a Pony Club test (E,D,D+,C,C+).

Refunds only given with a vet note, doctors note or 48 hours’ notice.

COVID 19 RULES

·         DO NOT attend if you are experiencing symptoms or have a positive test result in your household.

·         There will be a tack check conducted at a safe distance. 

·         Please use the sanitisers available and keep your distances from each other in accordance with distancing rules.

·         Please do not go into the arena to help with jumps unless asked.

2) The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.

3) All non-Pony Club members are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Jersey Drag Hunt Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.
