KEY BOOKING TERMS:
Late Entry - +£2 per class payable from midnight of Tuesday 28th September 2021
Manual Payment Processing +£5 admin fee payable in additional to the standard £1.50 system booking fee.
The event is affiliated to the British Showjumping Association and its rules apply to the competition offered and bind all parties. The schedule on the online entry system is an abbreviated version of the official BS schedule in order to facilitate online entry. Please refer to the official BS schedule available on the BS website - it is the rider (and BS registered guardian of junior rider) and the horse/pony owner who are responsible for ensuring eligibility for any class entered. A LINK TO THE BS RULE BOOK IS INCLUDED AT THE TOP OF THE EVENTS LISTING PAGE.
ENTRY MUST BE VIA THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM ACCESSED VIA www.southviewarena.com, OR VIA www.myridinglife.co.uk. PRE-ENTRY IS REQUIRED AND PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL WITH ENTRY.
ALL CLASSES WILL RUN TO A PRE-DRAWN ORDER AND SUBJECT TO CURRENT ORGANISATIONAL PROTOCOLS POST THE EASING OF COVID RETRAINTS. DRAWS WILL BE MADE AND PUBLISHED ON THE www.southviewarena.com WEBSITE C. 8-9PM OF THE EVENING OF THE DAY WHICH IS TWO DAYS BEFORE THE SHOW DAY.
REFUND CUT OFF DATE FOR THIS EVENT IS NOON OF 30/9/21
LATE ENTRY FEE of £2 PER CLASS IS PAYABLE AFTER MIDNIGHT OF TUESDAY 28/9/21
ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE SHOW DAY IS FULL.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation or withdrawal requests must be by the original booking party using the email address of the original booking transaction(s) and must be sent to office@southviewarena.com. We do not at any stage need to be informed of your reason for withdrawal/cancellation and vets certificates / medical certificates are NOT required. (saving the specific Covid 19 stipulations as detailed below.)
UP UNTIL NOON OF THE DAY TWO DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SHOW (THE REFUND CUT OFF DATE') YOU WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS THE FOLLOWING SUMS: THE £1.50 ONLINE BOOKING FEE AS CHARGED AND ALWAYS RETAINED BY THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM PROVIDERS, THE COMMISSION/FEES AS CHARGED AND ALWAYS RETAINED BY THE PAYMENT HANDLING OPERATORS (CURRRENTLY PAYPAL), LATE ENTRY AND OTHER ADMIN FEES, AND A £5 CANCELLATION ADMIN FEE APPLICABLE PER SEPARATE BOOKING/PER SEPARATE CANCELLATION REQUESTED.
NO REFUND WILL BE PAYABLE THEREAFTER REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCE
Special Rules
Should the event have to be completely cancelled including as a result of a change in Government or Local Council Regulations with regard to Covid-19, you will be refunded as per a pre-'refund-cut-off date cancellation as detailed above.
If you need to cancel your booking because your attendance is compromised by such regulations (i.e. your travel for participation in approved regulated sport is forbidden by a general law at local or Government level) then provided the cancellation is made immediately this is formally and publicly announced, then the standard pre-closing date cancellation refund rules will also apply.
Excepting these circumstances all cancellations including those due to or related to covid 19, including indivdual self-isolation or quarantine of self or family members, will be processed in line with normal pre--refund-cut off cancellation rules as above.
Refunds due in accordance with these terms, and including prize monies payable will be paid via the booking system payment handling provider within 28 days of the last day of the event, or with 28 days of complete cancellation of the event should that occur.
Please do not send bank details unless asked to do so and check the verifcation data included in any request for such information received..
