Classes 7-10 Ebbisham Farm – to start approx. 9.30am
Courses will be available to be walked from 14:00-16:00 on Saturday 9th October 2021 NO DOGS are allowed on Ebbisham Farm at any time

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Covid instructions will be provided along with the times for the day. These will be based on current COVID restrictions on the day.
• Hats and Body Protectors will be checked on arrival (see rule 5 below).
• Print your own numbers using https://www.ponyclubresults.co.uk/Events/event.php?eventid=657 and make THREE copies (1 for front of bib; 1 for back of bib and 1 for your vehicle).
• Long hair must be tied up so number bib is visible at all times

JUDGING:
For the Hunter Trials:
• The person nearest the OPTIMUM TIME in each class will be the winner based on the speed. Watches / stop watches are NOT TO BE WORN in any class.
• Competitors will be eliminated after 3 refusals at one jump, after 4 refusals over whole course. Riders may only continue on the course with permission from a Mid Surrey Official/Jump Judge or Steward.
• Apart from Class 1, outside assistance will result in elimination

COVID RESTRICTIONS – ARRIVE, COMPETE, LEAVE
All current COVID-19 restrictions will be adhered to on the day of the show.
No admission to the show ground without an entry and please ensure you read all the rules below.
Because of the changing COVID restrictions, final instructions will be issued with times.

Payment Details & Event Fees
ENTRIES All online at My Riding Life. There is NO contact with the show secretary on the day.
You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Mid Surrey Pony Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Number bibs are required—£10 to purchase on the day.

Prize Information
Rosettes to 6th Place in each class and section.
Rosettes can be sent to you if you provide stamped addressed A4 Envelope on the day.

Terms & Conditions
Entries are accepted and admission granted only subject to the following conditions, which are deemed to have been accepted by each competitor.
1. Health, Safety and Welfare: The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the Officials and Stewards. 2. Legal Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. 3. This competition will be run in accordance with Pony Club Eventing Rules 2021. It is the responsibility of all competitors to know the rules. Please refer to the main Pony Club website for full rule book 4. All riding hats/body protectors must conform to Pony Club Rules 2021. https://pcuk.org/officials/health-and-safety/dress-and-tack/ Hats must be tagged and riders must wear this at all times when mounted with the chinstrap fastened. Back protectors are compulsory. Air jackets must be used in conjunction with a back protector. No Jewellery is allowed. The Pony Club Saddlery and Dress rules will be strictly enforced. 5. Numbers will not be given out for Number Bibs. THREE copies (1 for front of bib; 1 for back of bib and 1 for your vehicle). Number bibs available for sale £10 each. 6. The judge’s decision is final in all matters. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, add or amend any of the conditions or competitions, as they think fit and to refuse entry at their discretion. Any objection must be made to the secretary with a deposit of £15 not later than 30 minutes after the incident, which will be refunded if the objection is upheld. 7. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry without stating a reason for doing so and also reserve the right to eliminate any competitor who in their opinion places her/himself or others in danger or fails to observe rules. 8. Entry fees will only be refunded (less 5 administration fee) on production of a vet or doctor’s certificate presented in advance of the competition. 9. Horses or ponies must be 4 years or over on the day of the show. 10. No horses/ponies to be left unattended when tied to the lorry/trailer 11. In the event of cancellation of the event, monies will be refunded less £5.00 per entry administration fee. 12. Rosettes can be posted upon receipt of a large, 1st Class stamped addressed envelope.
