Prize Information

Rosettes: Dependent on entries. Sheets and rosettes will be posted out, those with no placings will have their sheets photographed and emailed.

There are also two perpetual trophies for the season (one for juniors and one for seniors) operating on a points system for the four dressage shows held by THRC. This is open to members and non-members. Six points will be awarded for a first place down to one point for sixth place. You can score points in two classes only at each show. If you do not specify which classes you wish to go towards the points, it will be taken as the first two classes entered each day.

Withdrawals/Refunds
If you have to withdraw please let us know as we often have a waiting list. THERE IS NO REFUND IF YOU WITHDRAW AFTER THE CLOSING DATE.

Terms & Conditions

COVID-19 Compliance: PLEASE KEEP TO CURRENT SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES WHEN ON SHOWGROUND

Anyone that does not comply with event protocols will be disqualified and asked to leave the site immediately. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

Anyone displaying COVID-19 symptoms, however mild, should stay at home. Anyone who has been in contact with someone that is showing symptoms should stay at home. Anyone considered vulnerable should stay at home.

In line with BRC compliance and government advice, THRC must limit the numbers on site and follow certain protocols as follows:
• The rider plus one helper for each horse. In addition to this, one extra additional person may be permitted per junior or disabled rider. NO SPECTATORS • There will be hand sanitiser available but we would encourage you to bring your own • Please wear gloves at all times. • There will be NO TOILETS available. • There will be no refreshments. • Competitor names will be checked on arrival. • Please adhere to current Government guidelines in respect of social distancing rules • Competitors are asked not to arrive more than half an hour before their allotted time and should leave the showground as soon as possible when they have finished.
Parking:
Only lorries or trailers with the competing horses/ponies are allowed at this event – no extra cars are permitted.
Our Club field is big enough to accommodate everyone with plenty of room for social distancing. Lorries/trailers should be the parked at least 5m apart, preferably more.

Dressage:
• Competitors will be given an allotted time to ride test. • Dressage warm up - competitors will be given a maximum of 20 mins warm up arena. This arena will have a maximum of 5 riders in the arena at any one time and you will have a THRC official stewarding. No other competitors or people will be allowed in the arena. • When you have jumped your round/competitors must leave the main arena and either walk directly back to their designated parking area or they can cool down in the grass arena for a maximum of 10 minutes. Again, there will be a maximum of 5 riders allowed in this area at any one time. • Dressage sheets will be emailed out after the event. • Rosettes will be posted to the address on the entry form. • Results will be posted on the THRC website and on our FB page after the event.

General Rules: Riding Club Rules apply, where not stated refer to British Dressage Rules. Riders must wear hats PAS 015. Competitors will be given a warm up time and a competition time. THRC accepts no responsibility for any damage to horses, people, or property.
