Any horse and rider combination, which has previously come 1st or 2nd cannot ride in the restricted section.

SMOKING ONLY PERMITTED IN SMOKING AREA
We ask no one unloads their horse until 30 minutes before your time. Keep an eye out for exit and entrance signs as we will have a once way system. A parking attendant will be in the field helping everyone park the correct distance apart. Other safety measures will be in place so please be vigilant.

Entries in advance only. We will only be accepting limited amount of entries.

Payment is secure and it goes directly to Shedfield.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Entry Fees: £15 per class.

Prize money will only be awarded if entries warrant.

REFRESHMENTS AVAILABLE

1. The organisers and landowners accept NO responsibility for accidents, damage, injury or illness to competitors, spectators, animals or equipment. 2. The judge’s decision is final. 3. NO entry fees will be refunded due to cancellation by competitors unless a doctor’s or veterinary certificate is produced. 4. Objections must be made in writing within 15 minutes of the Judge’s decision, accompanied by a £10.00 deposit, which will be refunded if the objection is upheld. 5. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry, alter the schedule, combine classes and amend judges if the need arises. 6. The organisers reserve the right to cancel classes and withhold prizes and/or prize money if insufficient entries. 7. Competitors must always wear correct riding attire including a riding hat of current British Standard PAS 015 with BSI kite mark (random checks will be made) and must be fastened at all times when mounted. 8. No horse under the age of 4 years is to be ridden on the showground. 9. Galloping anywhere on the showground is strictly forbidden and may result in dismissal from the showground. 10 .NO DOGS are allowed on the showground. 11. All litter is to be taken home or put in the bins provided. 12. Lunging is NOT permitted on the showground. 13. In the event of adverse weather conditions, it is the competitor’s responsibility to seek confirmation as to whether the event is going ahead or not. 14. Please note first aid is contacting 999. 15. All droppings must be removed from the car park before departure. 16: Social distancing at all times is a must!
