Riders may enter more than 1 pony, but points will be accumulated
by each rider and pony combination, only 1 combination per child to
count.
Points may be collected for one section only, which must be
nominated on entry
1. No Claim can be entered for anything that may happen to competitors. Spectators, their property, servants, horses or ponies in connection with or rising out of this event and admission is granted and entries accepted only on this condition.
2. Competitors hats must bear the CE mark and a quality symbol, either the BSI Kitemark, the SAI Global symbol or official Snell label with number. Hats must be worn at all times while mounted with the chinstrap done up. Appropriate riding clothes must be worn by competitors. Body cage keys must be given to the secretary (please place in a labelled envelope).
3. The decision of the judge is final. Any objections must be made within 15 minutes of the incident, accompanied by a deposit of £20.00, which is refundable if the objection is sustained.
4. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the entry or entries made by any person if they deem fit to do so, and the right to cancel any class or classes refunding any fees in respect thereof.
5. No unauthorised persons are allowed in the rings.
6. The right of admission is reserved
7. Dogs are only allowed on the showground if on a lead and under control of a responsible person.
8. No entries refunded without Vet or Doctors Certificate.
9. Health and Safety: The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instruction of the organisers, officials and stewards.
10. Show jumping classes are judged under current Pony Club Rules
No entry is accepted unless accompanied by the appropriate fee. On entering this competition I agree to abide by all the rules laid down by the Mid Surrey Branch of the Pony Club. If a trophy is won the undersigned is responsible for it and should take out adequate insurance for loss or damage. The said trophy should be returned to Mid Surrey Pony Club on request or legal proceedings may occur to recover the loss. Signature of this form will be deemed approval to utilise any photos taken at this show to be used on the website and any other promotional materials for the Pony Club.
