DIRECTIONS
From M4 J11: Follow signs for Basingstoke A33, straight over two sets of traffic lights. Continue to the end of the duel carriageway and turn right at the roundabout. Follow the road to the end then turn left, then take the first left and then turn left once again to Stratfield Saye House. From Basingstoke: Follow the A33 to Reading, pass the Wellington Arms Hotel and turn left at the next roundabout. Follow the road to the end then turn left, then take the first left and then turn left once again to Stratfield Saye House.

Online Pre - Entry: £35 per rider. Online entries close on Monday 9th August. £4 first aid fee per rider

A 50% refund is available for any withdrawals received up until close of entries on 12pm Monday 9th August. No refunds after this date. No transfers.

All participants are required to have public liability insurance.

RIDERS

All riders must ensure they are wearing a hard hat, fastened, at all times when mounted and this must be to current standards.

All riders must wear the correct footwear for riding.

All riders must be prepared to set off strictly between the given start times.

All riders must wear the number provided by the organisers at all times when riding the route.

All riders must follow the directed route.

No head cams to be worn on hats.

HORSES AND PONIES

All horses and ponies must be a minimum of 4 years old

All horses and ponies must be in good condition and be fit enough to carry out the work required.

All horses’ and ponies’ hooves must be shod or dressed correctly.

All tack worn must be in a safe, serviceable condition.

Horses must have an up to date influenza vaccination 

GENERAL

An adult must accompany all children under the age of 16.

All dogs must be kept on a lead.

The organisers must be informed of any change of rider after the entry is made.

The decision of the ride organisers is final.

The ride steward’s instructions must be adhered to at all times.

The exact indicated ride route must be kept to – stay on signed routes at all times.

Please remove rubbish and horse droppings from around your trailer/lorry and take it home.

When approaching other riders please slow to a walk – when coming from behind please warn them of your intention to pass.

COVID-19

Social distancing must be adhered to at all times.

Groups of 6 riders maximum to follow government guidelines.
