Horse & Hound (0.40m - 0.80m)

Horse jumps first 8 fences 80cm & Hound jumps second 40cm 4 fences. All 12 numbered fences are against the clock, fastest time wins. The change over; hound may start running once horse has crossed ‘the line’. Elimination for falling off or taking the wrong course.

Pairs Show Jumping (0.60m - 0.80m)

First rider jumps 6 fences 60cm & second rider jumps 6 fences 80cm. All 12 numbered fences are against the clock, fastest time wins. The change over; The second horse my start once the first horse has crossed ‘the line’. Elimination for falling off or taking the wrong course.

Top Score (0.60m - 0.90m)

90seconds time allowed 12 fences available in any order. Each fence maybe jumped 3 max. of times. Jumps knocked or already knocked down mean points for that fence do not count. Joker may be jumped max. of twice. If the joker comes down points of the joker will be deducted from your total score. Jumping fences more times than the max. allowed will mean points for that fence do not count. Elimination for falling off.
Class 6
Chase me Charlie (0.60m)

Info:
Start at 60cm 1 fence. Fence will increase at approximately 5cm per round. Riders have 3 attempts to clear the fence. 3 poles/stops/falls during whole class will mean your ’out’. Winner is last horse ‘in’ & to jump the biggest fence.

Entries limited to 30 per class, entries close Friday before the event
Rules for each class will be available on a printed sheet with the course plan at the start of each class posted outside the arena
The judge’s decision is final
Riding hats with permanent three-point attachment and riding boots must be worn at all times when mounted
Show jumping attire when in the ring
