Rosettes to 6th place in each class with a rosette for highest placed Wokingham PC Member in each class. Perpetual trophies to winners in some classes.

Special Classes
This show is a qualifier for The Sunshine Tour Championships held at The All England Jumping Course, Hickstead from Thursday 13th – Sunday 16th September 2021. The Championships are for unaffiliated and amateur competitors in Show Jumping from Lead Rein to 1.05m, Showing for lead rein, in-hand, ridden, working hunter, veterans, plus many more: 1st – 6th in show jumping & showing Bring your Personal Qualification Form available from www.sunshinetour.co.uk or ask the Secretary for a “Wild Card”. Terms & Conditions
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Entries are accepted and admission granted only subject to the following conditions, which are deemed to have been accepted by each competitor.
1. Health, Safety and Welfare: The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the Officials and Stewards. 2. Legal Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. 3. This competition will be run in accordance with Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2020 and BS where applicable. It is the responsibility of all competitors to know the rules. 4. No horse/pony may take part unless it has a Record of Vaccination against equine influenza which complies with the requirements set out in the 2020 rulebooks. 5. All riding hats must conform to Pony Club Rules 2020 and must be tagged. Hats to be worn at all times when mounted with the chinstrap fastened and no jewellery is permitted as per the Pony Club rules: https://pcuk.org/officials/health-and-safety/dress-and-tack/ 6. Numbers will be handed out from the Secretary office on the show ground. Please ensure you are wearing a face mask when collecting your number. 7. The judge’s decision is final in all matters. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, add or amend any of the conditions or competitions, as they think fit and to refuse entry at their discretion. Any objection must be made to the secretary with a deposit of £15 not later than 30 minutes after the incident, which will be refunded if the objection is upheld. 8. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry without stating a reason for doing so and reserve the right to eliminate any competitor who in their opinion places her/himself or others in danger or fails to observe rules. 9. Entry fees will only be refunded on production of a vet or doctor’s certificate presented in advance of the competition. 10. In the event of cancellation, notification will be posted on the Wokingham PC website. Monies will be refunded less £3.00 per entry administration fee. 11. Horses or ponies must be 4 years or over on the day of the show. 12. No horses/ponies may be ridden other than by the competitor on the day of the competition. 13. No horses/ponies to be left unattended when tied to the lorry/trailer and all droppings to be picked up and taken home. 14. There is no running water onsite, so please ensure you bring your own supply.

COVID RULES
All current COVID-19 restrictions will be adhered to on the day of the show, so this may change. Check our website Wokingham (pcuk.org) for latest rules when you get your times. NOTE: there is no admission to the show ground without an entry and please ensure you read all the rules. Because of the changing COVID restrictions, final instructions will be issued with times. As per the latest government guidelines, the show will be run on a arrive, compete and leave basis. Whilst you are not riding/warming up, you will be requested to stay near to your vehicle, unless you are collecting your number, food etc. Show Jumping rosettes can be collected from the secretary tent. Please ensure you are wearing a mask. Showing Class rosettes will be handed out as competitors leave the arena. Photos will be shared after the competition online.
