Classes 1-4 are designed to be inviting and encourage genuinely new, young and novice riders. Dressage tests may be ridden in any bit.
Dressage for classes 5 – 8 should be ridden in a snaffle bit and no martingales.

Payment is secure and it goes directly to Warwickshire Pony Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Rules and conditions of entry
1.The organiser has the right to alter/amalgamate any class if necessary. 2. Hard hats must be worn at all times with chinstrap fastened when mounted and must confirm to PAS015 1998, ASTM F1163 (with SEI), Snell, E2201 or AZ/NZS 3838 1998 standard. All hats must bear CE symbol and a quality symbol, BSI kitemark, SAI Global symbol or the Snell label with numbers. All PC members hats must be Pony Club tagged. Correct footwear must be worn when mounted. 3. The decisions of judges and of the organisers is final. 4. This event is open to all members of the Pony Club, Riding Clubs, BS, BD, BE, and non-members with own insurance. 5. NO dogs. 6.No entry fees will be refunded for withdrawals after closing date. 7.In the event of cancellation, entry fees will be refunded less £5 per competitor. 8. Health and Safety- The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure health and safety of everyone present. For measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards. 9.Liability- Although every care will be taken, neither organisers nor any person acting on their behalf or the landowners can accept any liability for the loss, damage, accident or injury to persons, horses or property. 10.All dressage tests may be commanded. 11. Depending on number of entries a rider may only compete a maximum of two ponies in any one class. 12. On making an entry means acceptance of the rules.

Currently each Competitor is ONLY allowed to bring 1 additional supporting person with them. This person must travel in the vehicle to the event with the rider and ideally be able to drive the vehicle and horse home in the event of an accident. (if your supporting person is unable to drive the vehicle you MUST have provisions made to ensure the vehicle and horse can be removed from the venue)
We also ask that this supporting person must be available to help the rider alongside medical staff in the event of an accident if required.
The name of the supporting person will be asked for at the time of booking. No extra people will be allowed onsite other than the rider, named support person, volunteers & officials. All other people will be asked to leave.
No additional children other than those riding or with volunteers from the same household.
Should this event be cancelled at short notice due to Covid the organisers will retain £5.00 per entry fee to cover costs.
