Late entries may be accepted subject to payment of late entry fee additional £2 per class.

Restrictions
All tests will be run under BD rules.
All other tests in accordance with BD restrictions except that combinations that have not competed at or above the level they wish to enter may do so regardless of horse’s points.

Bookings in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Essendon & Epping Forest Dressage Group.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Current British Riding Club members (BRC) and current Pony Club Members may also enter the 2020 Summer Series at EEFDG Member rates.

Late entries may be accepted subject to payment of late entry fee additional £2 per class.
Email entries have to be paid regardless of withdrawal and are subject to an admin fee of £2 per horse/rider.

Special Classes

CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW SUNDAY 5th September 2021 (for qualified members only) (No whips or callers at championship show). Please note you must be a fully paid up member (by close of entries on show day) to be eligible for qualification at each show. Separate schedule will be available online for championships.

Withdrawals/Refunds

Withdrawals before close of entries (7 days before competition) fee refunded less £2 administration fee. 50% refund after closing dated subject to receipt of vet or doctor’s certificate within 7 days.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE SHOW IF YOU HAVE HAD SYMPTONS OF THE COVID VIRUS WITHIN THE LAST 14 DAYS
YOU MUST BRING STAMPED AND ADDRESSED A4/5 ENVELOPE WITH LARGE STAMP FOR YOUR DRESSAGE SHEETS AND ROSETTES TO BE SENT TO YOU. STAMPED AND ADDRESSED ENVELOPES TO BE LEFT IN A TRAY WHICH WILL BE IN THE SECRETARYS HUT. NO SHEETS OR ROSETTES WILL BE HANDED OUT ON THE DAY.
NO SCORE SCOREBOARD WILL BE AVAILABLE TO LOOK AT ON THE DAY THE RESULTS WILL BE PUT ONLINE WITHIN 24 HOURS.
WE WILL POST WITH TIMES WHETHER THERE WILL CATERING ON THE DAY
TOILETS. WE HAVE THE TOILETS IN THE YARD OPEN THERE WILL BE SANITIZERS OUTSIDE TOILETS FOR YOU TO SANITZE BEFORE AND AFTER LEAVING THE TOILETS.
ONLY BRING WITH YOU YOUR IMMEDIATE FAMILY/PARTNER OR FRIEND WITH YOU TO HELP YOU
NO SPECTATORS. ONLY COMPETITORS AND PEOPLE TRANSPORTING THEM OR GROOMS ARE ALLOWED ON SHOWGROUND.
INDOOR VIEWING GALLERY CLOSED.
LORRY PARK WILL BE POLICED
NO MORE THAN 6 HORSES AT A TIME IN DRESSAGE WARMUP. NO PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED IN ARENA ON FOOT.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU SOCIAL DISTANCE 1mtr MINIMUM APART FROM OTHER PEOPLE. WASH AND SANITIZE HANDS REGULARLY.

RULES:
EEFDG standing rules apply (Copies will be available at the shows and may be obtained from the organiser). Warming up must be undertaken with due care and regard for fellow competitors and BD welfare guidelines will be adhered to at all times. Please tidy and clean around your transport before leaving. Juniors must be under 18 on 1st January in current year. If they are 18 or over on 1st January they are a Senior, if under 18 on 1st January they are a Junior for that whole year.
Juniors must have an accompanying parent or responsible adult nominated by their parent for health, safety and welfare reasons at each show. Please indicate on the entry form the name and contact details of the responsible adult. Please note you must be a fully paid up member (by close of entries on show day) to be eligible for qualification at each show.
Winners of EEFDG Championship &/or Points trophies (Summer & Winter) are not eligible to qualify at the level at which the trophy was won – this applies to Seniors in Intro and Preliminary levels only (this restriction does not currently apply to Juniors).
Judges decision is final. We reserve the right to alter, cancel or close classes. Classes may not be run in the order printed in the schedule. EEFDG or Woodlands Stables do not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage accident, injury or illness to horses, ponies, riders, property or any persons/animals in attendance whatsoever.
Animals must not be left unattended tied to lorries or trailers. Please pick up all droppings and litter around you and put in the appropriate bin before you leave.
All horses/ponies must have an up to date Vaccination Certificate that can be produced on request at the show.
Riding hats must comply with current British Riding Club safety standards – if in doubt please check. New rules apply from 1st January 2016.

At our shows we sometimes have a photographer taking photo’s. These are available to purchase see EEFDG website for link. We sometimes like to use a selection of photo’s for publication to promote the club on our own website or in publications where we have articles about our shows. So if you are a winner you might get your photo published. Should you not wish any pictures published please let the show secretary know. By entering the show, unless you have informed us otherwise, you agree to publication of your name and or a photograph in connection with the results or on our website.
