Please follow all Covid 19 Government guidelines whilst on the show ground
* No horse under 4 to be ridden unless stated
* All riders must be 3 years and over unless otherwise stated
* Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead
* No mucking out on the showground
*Please keep the show ground tidy, take litter home, and make sure any muck is taken with you
* Stallions and colts to be suitably bitted
* Please keep young children supervised at all times
* The judge’s decision is final
* All persons mounted must wear hard hats, anyone seen not doing so may be asked to leave the showground
* No schooling whips to be used in the ring.
* Anyone seen using excessive whips, spurs or mistreating their horse or pony will be asked to leave the showground with immediate effect.
* We reserve the right to alter, cancel or close classes without notice, or reject any entry prior to or on the day and will not enter into any correspondence into the rejection
* Please dress appropriately for the show, if you are unsure what to wear please contact the show secretary
* All horses and ponies to be kept under control at all times
* Please do not leave your horses tied up to lorries and trailers unless supervised
* Abuse at organisers will not be tolerated.
* The term Junior / child is someone aged 16 and Under
* No admittance to the Livery Yard to any Horse, Rider or persons
* HPF Showing Shows or any person representing it do NOT accept any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to any animal, person or property in attendance.
* Anyone entering competitions or supporters will have deemed to have given permission to be photographed and for any such photographs to be used on social media and relevant website. If you do not wise to be photographed please email hpfshows@gmail.com prior to event.
* Entry Fees will only be refunded upon the production of a current Vet/Doctors certificate. Entries withdrawn in accordance with the above after the closing date are subject to the deduction of an administration fee.
* All Horses/Ponies must have an up to date Vaccination Certificate that can be produced on demand
* Do not obstruct any field gates or bridle way entrances with parked vehicles—you will be asked to move.
