Show Information
Entries Close: At 9am on Thursday for Saturday competitions and at 9am on Friday for Sunday competitions (Entries may be limited, in this event there will be a waiting list).
Classes 2 to 7 will be split into HORSE OR PONY sections. PONY to be classed as 14.2hh (143cm) or below and must remain as PONY for the season. The appropriate classes at Championships will also be split accordingly. Classes will only be split if more than 10 entered in the class.

Payment Details & Event Fees
NO entries accepted on the day. ONLY entries in advance using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Solihull Riding Club. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Prize Information
ROSETTES to 6th Place.
Prize vouchers 1st- £10, 2nd- £8, 3rd-£5 for overall class winners – Classes 2 -7 (subject to sufficient starters 1-10:1st / 11-20:2nd / 21+:3rd)
Qualification for Championships to all those placed 1st to 6th.
Vouchers can be redeemed against 100% of entry fees, 100% of hire of facilities and 50% membership for annual upfront payments only.
Rosettes to clear rounds ONLY. A5 SAE required with “large” stamp.

Withdrawals/Refunds
Refunds: Entries will only be refunded/transferred if notified by 12 noon on the Thursday before the competition and on receipt of medical/vets certificates.

Terms & Conditions
HATS must be worn whenever mounted and conform to PAS15 (1998 or 2011). VG01.040 2014-12. with a BSI Kite mark or Inspec IC mark ASTM F1163.2004a onwards with SEI mark SNELL E2001 or 2016 (No additional mark required) ONLY Jockey skull hats without a peak (greater than 5mm smooth and rounded in nature) may be worn for cross country. Hat silks may be worn with flexible peak. It must also comply with the above safety standards for hats. BODY PROTECTORS A body protector is obligatory for all arena eventing and cross-country events and are also strongly recommended for all show jumping events. A BETA Level 3 (blue label) which has a 2009 label must be worn. Body protectors should be fitted and worn as per the manufacturer’s instructions. If a rider chooses to wear an airbag style body protector it must be worn over a permitted body protector and if activated, must be deflated or removed before continuing. Hybrid Air jackets and Helite Air Jackets are permitted. It is recommended that body protectors are replaced once they are more than 5 years old. Riders wearing Exo Body Cage protectors must inform the secretary at all events. CORRECT dress & footwear must be worn. ALL horses and ponies must be four years old and over. ENTRIES accepted at rider’s risk. SRC reserve the right to refuse an entry at their discretion, cancel, amend or amalgamate any class for any reason whatsoever. The Judge’s decision is final. INSURANCE Each competitor must carry their own liability insurance whether Riding Club, Pony Club, BHS, BS, BD, BE or independent cover.

HEALTH & SAFETY
The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards. Those attending this event must report any accidents to the secretary or organizer of the event Please do not leave unattended horses tied to lorries and no hay nets to be tied to the outside of lorries or trailers. Solihull Riding Club welcomes responsible dog owners. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

save for the death or injury caused by the negligence of the organisers of the event, no liability is accepted for any accident, loss or damage, injury or illness to horses, ponies, owners, riders, spectators, vehicles their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.

COVID-19 precautions
You must not attend site if you, or any of those travelling with you, or anyone from your household is exhibiting any symptoms of being unwell. Social distancing of 2 meters or more must be strictly adhered to at all times. Please only bring one helper with you. We will not accept anyone just “turning up”. No person is to access any other part of the site other than the overflow car park and walking through the main car park to the outdoor arena or second indoor arena. The main building will be closed to visitors. No person should enter any other Lorry or car/trailer, or move close to any other rider, client, instructor, official or member of staff or any other member of the public at any time. You will have an allotted time for your competitive round, please only arrive on site a maximum of 1 hour before your time and leave as promptly as possible afterwards, to ensure limited numbers on site at any time. Please do not enter the arena more than 30 minutes before your allotted time in order to warm up.

Government guidelines could change quickly at any time; therefore Solihull Riding Club reserve the right to close site at short notice.
