SUNDAY CLASSES: 80CM, 90CM, 100CM UNAFFILIATED HORSE TRIALS – OPEN TO ALL incl Pony Club Members and Teams

Cross country will be in the pony club field for all Saturday classes
Dressage tests may be commanded in all classes on Saturday
Dressage tests may NOT be commanded on Sunday
Photography.

Entry fee refunded less £5 admin fee before entry closing date. After closing date, entry fee less £5 admin fee only refunded on production of Vet or Doctor’s certificate.

1. The Pony Club Eventing Rules 2020 will apply IN ADDITION – COVID 19 : EVENT WILL BE RUN IN LINE WITH CURRENT BEF GUIDELINES. FULL TERMS OF COMPETING WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO ALL COMPETITORS ON 29th APRIL 2021 2. No horse/pony may compete in more than one class. 3. All riders must wear a hat to the current PC standard at all times when mounted. The hat MUST BE TAGGED if a Pony Club Member. Back protector to correct PC standard must be worn for XC 4. Dressage tests must be ridden from memory in Sunday classes 5-10 5. Closing date for entries 28th April 2021. Entries only via online entry – see Mid Surrey Pony Club website for details 6. Entry fee refunded less £5 admin fee before entry closing date. After closing date, entry fee less £5 admin fee only refunded on production of Vet or Doctor’s certificate. 7. ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS allowed on Ebbisham Farm at any time. 10. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. 11. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. 12. All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Mid Surrey Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you. 14. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control £5 per competitor will be withheld for administration costs 15. In Team Classes the best 3 scores will count. 16. The Judge's decision is final. Objections to be lodged with the Secretary in writing within 30 minutes, together with a deposit of £20.00 17 Number bibs required. Can be purchased for £10 in advance and collected on day 18 Stopwatches only allowed in classes 5, 6, 7 & 8 19 No unattended horses to be tied to outside of lorries/ trailers

Medical Armbands – It is the competitor’s responsibility to wear a PC/BE medical armband during the cross-country phase if they have a medical condition that may impact on their care in the case of an emergency. Conditions that are relevant includes serious past injuries/surgery, chronic health problems such as diabetes, long-term medication and allergies. If in doubt competitors should consult with their own treating physician. Cards must contain the competitor’s details where indicated and must be worn on the competitor’s arm or shoulder in such a way as to be visible at all times. It is not compulsory for competitors without any medical conditions to wear a medical armband providing there is an adult supporter with them
