ENTRY FEE - £10 per test or £12 if you would like your dressage sheet sent to you.

SCORING: Scores will be marked on percentage good marks as for pure dressage
PRIZES: Certificates to 6th place in each class, Prize money for 1 in 10 entries. 1st: £30 2nd: £20 3rd: £15

1. CRASH HATS: must be worn with chin strap fastened at all times when mounted. Hats must comply with the BE/BRC/PC Hat rules.
2. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amalgamate classes if there are insufficient entries.
3. Horses / Ponies must be 4 years old or over.
4. A verbal introduction of the horse and rider prior to the test starting
5. Videos of tests must not have been recorded at any official non-virtual competition. Any video which is suspected of having been filmed during a non-virtual competition will not be accepted.
6. The person operating the video camera must stand outside of the arena behind the ‘C” marker so the rider enters the arena at ‘A’ riding towards the camera (judge). Arena letters must be clearly visible at all times during the recording.
7. Sound must be recorded to ensure competitors are not receiving coaching during their test

LEGAL LIABILITY
Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event, nor any agent, employee or representative of the organiser, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards.
