Rule - 76.6 • British Novice: Entry qualifications: to be ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members. a) For Horses in Grade C that have not won a total of 125 points. Four Double Clears will qualify - in accordance with Rule 316.6. b) For all horses born on or after 1 January 2017 irrespective of points. Horses will only be eligible for double clear qualification to Second Rounds if they reach the age of four years or under in the same calendar year as the British Novice Final - in accordance with Rule 316.6 Qualifies for: Senior British Novice Championship - Second Round. Qualifying period:1st May - 30th April inclusive. Numbers to qualify: Those horses which jump a clear round in the first round, followed by a clear round in the jump-off, in at least four Senior British Novice First Round competitions held in any qualifying period will qualify to compete in the Senior British Novice Second Rounds, irrespective of their placings for prize money in those competitions, which will be determined by the normal Table A rules (Rule 191). Horses in the class must go in to the jump-off and go clear to gain a double clear round qualification. If combined with an open: In Category 1 Shows and in the event of 30 starters or more the Open and the British Novice section will be split with two sets of prize money awarded. Horses will be eligible for double clear qualification to attend second rounds providing they reach the age of seven years or under in the same calendar year as the Foxhunter Final - in accordance with rule 310.6 Four double clears will qualify. Four double clears will qualify for the Senior Foxhunter Second Rounds. Qualifying period: The Senior Foxhunter Second Round qualifying period for the 2022 second rounds is 1 May '21 – 30 April '22 (subject to revision). Those horses that have qualified for the Senior Foxhunter Championship in 2021 are not eligible for qualification to the 2022 Championship. Rule - 76.6 • National 1.30m Open: Open to registered horses to be ridden by Adult, Associate and Junior Members. Qualifies for: The British Showjumping National Championships. Qualifying period: 1st July-30th June. Numbers to qualify: Two double clears to qualify to the final. Double clear qualifications will not be obtained from one round competitions (e.g. Table A4 or Table A (1 Round)) • National 1.40m Open: For registered horses to be ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members. Qualifies for: National 1.40m Championship at the British Showjumping National Championships. Qualifying period: 1st July - 30th June. Numbers to qualify: Two double clears to qualify to the final. Also any two double clears from any International Trial or Area Trial or classes 1.40m or above in the qualifying period will qualify for the Final. Double clear qualifications will not be obtained from one round competitions (e.g. Table A4 or Table A (1 Round)) Rule 284.3: All competitors in the 1.30m section jump the first round. All obstacles on the course are then raised and competitors in the 1.40m then jump the first round. Pre-entry only.

Richmond Equestrian Centre has a duty of care to our residents, staff, livery clients and customers. Please respect our rules and take them seriously or you will be asked to leave.
Clients must not attend REC if they:
o Have need to self-isolate
o Are in a household that are self-isolating
o Are feeling unwell

• Clients must arrive and leave promptly - never wait around to chat/watch
• No more than 6 people in attendance (from the same household) or 2 people from different households
• You must respect social distancing at all times
• Please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to make a prompt start in the arena you have booked. Do not warm up in any other arena
• Do not run over your time slot
• All poo to be picked up & placed in our wheelbarrows, which we will empty. 24-hour CCTV is in operation and any poo left may result in further hire being refused and a penalty charge
• Please report any breakages so no one is hurt. Again, CCTV is in operation and any breakages not reported may result in further hire being refused and a penalty charge
• CCTV is in place in the wagon park areas and will be monitored to ensure poo is picked and social distancing is taking place
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they exercise their horses within their capabilities and fitness levels for them and their horse

EQUINE INFLUENZA Primary vaccinations with 12 month boosters.
VACCINATIONS: Always carry your horse’s passport.
PARKING: There is ample parking in the wagon park. Please use all space available and park away from other vehicles. Poo must. be picked in the car park.
POO PICKING: Please collect any droppings your horse makes. There are wheelbarrows around the site. REC staff ONLY to empty the wheelbarrows.
