Show Information

Entries close: Friday 22nd January 2021. On the day entries will NOT be accepted
Each team requires 4 members with the best 3 scores to count. All team members must be competing in the same class.
Points will then be allocated in each class for placings ie 20 points for 1st, 19 points for 2nd and so on.
The team to win the competition will be the team to accumulate the most points through the day.
Winners will be decided by percentage marks across the various tests.
Class 1 - Pony Club Walk & Trot Test 2013 
Class 2 - Pony Club Introduction To Dressage 2019
Class 3 - Pony Club Grassroots Test 2018
Class 4 - Pony Club Novice Test 2018 

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance only. On the day entries will NOT be accepted. Online entries preferred. No telephone entries accepted.
You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to BEDE Events Ltd.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

ENTRY FEE - £80 per team. Each team requires 4 members with the best 3 scores to count. All team members must be competing in the same class.

Prize Information

Rosettes will be awarded 1st – 3rd in each class and one prize will be awarded to the winning team.  This prize is a custom made day of coaching for the team members from Holly Woodhead.  This amazing prize will be organised once the winning team have been announced, and then a date can be set with Holly and the day planned.

Refreshments:

Oakridge Arena has a great café where you will be able to purchase hot drinks, delicious food and snacks. Dogs are welcome but please don’t take dogs into the café.

Withdrawals/Refunds

A refund will be made for entries withdrawn before the closing date.  Post the close of entries, entries will only be refunded if your position is able to be filled, and will be subject to an administration fee

Terms & Conditions

RULES:
1. CRASH HATS: must be worn with chin strap fastened at all times when mounted. Hats must comply with the BE/BRC/PC Hat rules.
2. Entries are limited and taken in order of receipt.
3. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amalgamate classes if there are insufficient entries.
4. Horses / Ponies must be 4 years old or over.

LEGAL LIABILITY. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event, nor any agent, employee or representative of the organiser, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.

HEALTH AND SAFETY The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards.

DOGS WELCOME BUT MUST BE KEPT ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES
