Payment Details & Event Fees

Brook Farm is an Equestrian Club which requires all competitors to be members. You can buy your lifetime membership at the centre for just £2 with your online entry.

Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to BFEC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Refreshments:

The cafe is now open for take away food and drinks only

Terms & Conditions

Please note that outside assistance is allowed in the X-pole and 40cm class, but not in any other classes, and we will not allow outside assistance to be given to any competitor competing in classes 3 – 14 inclusive.  ‘Outside assistance' is classed as any help given to a competitor via voice etc from spectators after the signal to start has sounded. 

We will allow one other person to be in the show jumping arena to help any competitor in the X-pole or 40cm classes, but not in any other classes.

Please see the schedule on the Brook Farm website for the rules regarding warm ups (5 horses only allowed in each warm up), how to enter and leave the competition arena and collect your rosettes, medals / trophies and qualification cards. 

Do not go to warmup too early as you will not be allowed in the arena if there is maximum amount of horses already in the warmup arenas. 


COVID-19 PROTOCOL - YOU MUST PLEASE READ 

As you are aware, we are in the midst of a global pandemic with government advice changing daily.  Please ensure you have read the up-to-date government general guidelines and information regarding COVID-19 for staying safe and well during your visit to Brook Farm, and please do not attend Brook Farm if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms such as (but not limited to) a continuous cough, a high temperature and / or a change in your normal sense of taste and smell; likewise please do not attend if you have travelled and are supposed to be self-isolating

TOILETS - Our toilets in the yard are open as are the ones at the back of the café.  Please sanitise your hands before entering and after leaving the toilets.

OFFICE - The office will be closed; please speak to a steward in the event of any questions, assistance, concerns or in an emergency.

HORSEBOX PARKING - We have put cones in the lorry park and you are to park in between and facing the cones to ensure social distancing.

WARM UP - Please, no more than 5 horses at a time in the warmup.  No people are allowed in the arena on foot (except in the event they are assisting a competitor in the X-pole or 40cm classes).  The indoor viewing gallery will be closed.

CAFÉ - The café is now open for takeaway food and drinks

FRIENDS AND FAMILY - Only bring with you your immediate family partner or (support bubble) friend with you to help.  No spectators allowed. Only competitors and people transporting them or their grooms are allowed on the show ground.

PLEASE, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU KEEP TO SOCIAL DISTANCING REGULATIONS OF STAYING 2m APART FROM OTHER PEOPLE (INCLUDING THE STEWARDS), AND ENSURE YOU WASH AND SANITISE YOUR HANDS REGULARLY.
