1. All attendees must follow COVID law and guidelines set out by the government. 2. This show will be run under the Pony Club COVID National Guidelines. 3. Organisers reserve the right to cancel, amend or add to the classes as they see fit. 4. ENTRIES FOR ALL CLASSES WILL BE LIMITED IN NUMBER AND ONLY ENTRIES MADE BEFORE THE CLSOING DATE WILL BE ACCEPTED 5. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. 6. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. 7. All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Crawley and Horsham Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you. 8. Objections must be in writing and handed to the Secretary within half an hour of the incident, together with a deposit of £10.00. If the objection is sustained the £10 will be refunded 9. The judge's decision is final 10. Dogs ARE NOT ALLOWED on the show ground 11. Any horse or pony causing a nuisance or deemed to be dangerous will be asked to leave 12. Entry fees will only be returned if a vet's certificate is received within within 7 days of the show 13. Competitors only may warm up / work in ponies 14. 12. The Show will be run under Pony Club Rules 2020
