**N.B. Both Dressage & Arena Event Schooling facilities are adjacent to each other.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings in advance only. You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System:
Payment is secure and it goes directly Wellington Riding.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
£30 per ½ hr plus £10 per additional horse NB must be from the same household or professional bubble. No more than 4 riders maximum

Withdrawals/Refunds

No refunds or transfers.

SOCIAL DISTANCING & STRICT BIO SECURITY MUST BE FOLLOWED
Please ensure you follow the latest government guidelines in relation to washing your hands & maintaining safe social distancing to protect yourself, your household & our staff.
When entering, please park in the lorry park & follow the horse walk signs to enter the Waterloo Arena by the right side of the Duke’s Hall Indoor.
Single use gloves will be provided at the arena entrance gate which must be worn at all times when touching equipment, including poles, fence cups, dropping scoops etc. The gloves must be disposed of on departure from the arena using the bin provided.
All the arena equipment will be disinfected regularly by our maintenance team.
The events office is closed, for any urgent matters call 01189326308. First aid trained staff are on-site with access to PPE equipment.
Toilets are available on the ground floor of our clubhouse.
Our clubhouse café will be open for take away only with restricted opening times & is to be entered by the rear door of the clubhouse via the balcony.
Please follow all instructional signage when on-site & be respectful of others.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Anybody not abiding by social distancing will be asked to leave the premises.
Warm up & cool down is included in the 30 minute booking timeslot - should you arrive late you will not be able to stay over the booked session time.
Pictures or scans of passports pages showing horse details & flu vaccination must be emailed over to ridingshows@wellington.co.uk in advance of arrival as well as an emergency contact number – you will not be able to ride unless this is provided.
Please ensure you have your booking confirmation details on you, either printed or accessible on your mobile.
No refunds will be given - as standard, credit transfers will be provided if cancellation is with 48hrs notice. Nonetheless given the circumstances, there will be temporary policy measures in place regarding cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice which will be considered on a case by case basis to merit credit transfers.
Any damage to equipment must be reported & may be charged.
All droppings must be picked up or incur a £5 fine.
