Timings: Class times will be made available with bridle numbers on the evening of Friday 18th December. All times are approximate and may be subject to change. No paper numbers will be given. You may use your own bridle numbers, alternatively, remember your number and give this to the steward in the warm-up and you will be called for your round in order. Course walk will be approximately 10 minutes before the start of the class.

Show Information
Entries: Close of entries is 12pm Friday 18th December. We reserve the right to close entries if classes become full. After close of entries no further entries will be accepted until the day of the show in person if space permits.
This show will take place indoors in the Duke’s Hall. Both flat and jump warm ups will be outdoors in the Waterloo Arena but will move to the International Arena or small indoor arena when the light starts to fade.
Sections: Junior riders to be 16 or under on the day of competing
Single-phase event: A competitor may continue to the times section of the course unless they are eliminated in first round. The judge will signal an elimination by ringing the bell at which point the rider will leave the arena immediately. This may change to two-phase if very large entries.
Dress code: Show attire.

Payment Details & Event Fees
PRE-ENTRIES & DRAWN ORDERS FOR ALL CLASSES. NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY
You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System:
Payment is secure and it goes directly Wellington Riding.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

A cost of £4 per rider will be added for paramedic.

Stabling Information: Yes
Limited stabling spaces available on request.

Withdrawals/Refunds
Withdrawals/refunds: In line with BS rule 79.5 cancellations received by noon 48 hours before the first day of competition will have 50% of the entry fees refunded. After this time, no refunds will be given. Transfers will be allowed for withdrawals received before the day of the show. If weather conditions are extreme, please check our website for updates or call in case of cancellation.

Terms & Conditions
Covid restrictions and procedures 1) If you or someone you have recently been in contact with is showing any of the following symptoms: unusual tiredness/fatigue, fever or high temperature, dry cough, aches, pains, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, diarrhoea, then we ask that you please DO NOT attend these events. 2) Senior riders can be accompanied by one groom per horse, with one additional groom per additional horse. Junior riders can be accompanied by one groom per horse, with one additional groom per additional horse, plus one extra person in general. NO SPECTATORS. 3) Social distancing of 2m MUST be adhered to at all times. 4) Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the facility. 5) Face masks must be worn when inside the Clubhouse and Café.
