OUTDOOR UNAFFILATED DRESSAGE RETURNS TO BROOK FARM!

Entries close at 8pm on the Wednesday before show or when classes are full.  

Please see our schedule regarding bringing SAEs with you as - pursuant to BD rules - there will be no scoreboard to look at on the day.  

Payment Details & Event Fees

1Brook Farm is an Equestrian Club which requires all competitors to be members. You can buy your lifetime membership at the centre for just £2 with your online entry.

Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to BFEC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Withdrawals/Refunds

All withdrawals from the competition must be accompanied by a Vet / Doctor’s certificate if you want a refund of entry fees.

Terms & Conditions

PROTOCOL COVID 19 - YOU MUST PLEASE READ 

As you are aware, we are in the midst of a global pandemic with local lockdowns across the country increasing and government advice changing daily.  Please ensure you have read the up-to-date government general guidelines and information regarding COVID-19 for staying safe and well during your visit to Brook Farm, and please do not attend Brook Farm if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms such as (but not limited to) a continuous cough, a high temperature and / or a change in your normal sense of taste and smell; likewise please do not attend if you have travelled and are supposed to be self-isolating

TOILETS

Our toilets in the yard are open as are the ones at the back of the café.  Hand sanitisers are provided for your use outside the block toilets and the café - please sanitise your hands before entering and after leaving the toilets.  As face coverings are now mandatory within indoor settings you should wear a face mask when visiting the toilets

 OFFICE

The office will be closed, there will be a telephone number on the door of the portacabin for you to call in the event of any questions, assistance, concerns or in an emergency, or at show jumping shows, please speak to one of the stewards

HORSEBOX PARKING

We have put cones in the lorry park and you are to park in between and facing the cones to ensure social distancing.

WARM UP

Please, no more than 5 horses at a time in the warm up for SJ and 6 for dressage .  No one is allowed in the arena on foot (except in the event they are assisting a competitor in the X-pole or 40cm SJ classes), and only riders and horses who are warming up should be in these arenas; no spectators, and no riders sat on or holding a stationary horse will be allowed to linger in the warm up.

CAFÉ

The café is open for take away food and drinks only.  As face coverings are now mandatory within indoor settings you should wear a face mask when visiting the café.

FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Only bring with you your immediate family partner or (support bubble) friend with you to help.

No spectators allowed. Only competitors and people transporting them or their grooms are allowed on the show ground; we are only allowed to run our shows ‘behind closed doors’

GENERAL

We are delighted to be able to welcome you back to Brook Farm and that organised sport is able to, for now, continue.  We are doing our best to ensure you are able to visit and compete in a COVID secure environment,  but to be able to continue to do this, we need you to please adhere to social distancing and public hygiene measures at all times.

PLEASE, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU KEEP TO SOCIAL DISTANCING REGULATIONS OF STAYING 2m APART FROM OTHER PEOPLE, AND ENSURE YOU WASH AND SANITISE YOUR HANDS REGULARLY.

It is within everyone’s interests to ensure that the protocols and procedures we have put in place are not compromised in any way to avoid putting the continued operation of our sport in jeopardy.
