Entries close three days before.
One horse/pony can only enter a maximum of three classes.
*We are asking everyone to provide their own numbers. This can be done however you want. We ask that it is printed out in a large size so it is clear to read*

Payment Details & Event Fees

All classes must be entered online in advance.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Topthorn Arena.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Clear round: £6 (please collect your clear round ticket from the office)
All classes: £12
First aid cover: £2 per rider

Prize Information
Rosettes for clear rounds. Rosettes 1st to 6th for class placings. Prizes for 1st ,2nd and 3rd in classes 1-4 Prize money for classes 5-8 £10 for 1st place; £8 for 2nd place. 1st prize money dependent on a minimum of five starters. 2nd prize money dependent on a minimum of 10 starters. For every class entered, you can gain a signature on your Top Riders loyalty card which is worth two points.

HEALTH AND SAFETY:
The organisers have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present. For the measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and stewards. We strongly recommend that body protectors are worn. By entering an event at Topthorn Arena, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. Please see our venue or website for a full copy.

PHOTOGRAPHS:
Topthorn Arena and those acting on behalf of Topthorn Arena may take photos during events. It is the responsibility of those attending to notify us when entering if you do not wish for any of your images or results to be shared on our website or social media accounts.

RESPECT:
We want all competitors and spectators to enjoy their visit to Topthorn. This site is also our home so please respect the venue by not leaving litter, muck or bedding anywhere on the site. Thank you.

New Covid 19 Rules
We now holding all entry forms for 21 days after the show due to test and trace government requirements.
We are not allowing any spectators.
We are allowing each rider to bring 1 groom with them per horse. Under 18 are allowed 2 parents if needed.
If we see anyone with more than 1 person then we will have to ask them to leave the site. We ask between your classes that you remain in your lorry.
Social distancing government guidelines must apply at all times while on site.
We will have a one-way system in and out of the indoor arena.
We ask anyone on foot who comes into the collecting ring or indoor arena to wear a face covering.
Course walks will take place however there will only be a limited amount of people walking at one time and we ask them to wear a face covering while walking the course for anyone over 12 years old.
We will only be allowing 6 people in the warm up arena at a time.
All results will be posted on our Facebook within 24 hours
There are hand sanitizers around the site please make sure you use them.
We only have 1 toilet open which will be cleaned regularly thought the day, but we do ask if you have a toilet in your lorry please do use it.
All entries in advance. Times can be found on our website two days before. We do not provide you with numbers and do ask you to being your own. This can be printed off numbers in a bib. Please make sure they are in a big and clear font.
For us to run events, competitors must understand that the rules in place are for everyone's safety and that a zero tolerance will be in place. For any individual found to breach them will be asked to leave.
