Entries will close four days before the event.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries online in advance. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Topthorn Arena.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Classes: £13 pre-entry only. Including postage for your sheet/rosette
First aid cover: £2 per rider

Prize Information

Rosettes 1st to 6th place for all classes (All sheets will be available to collect form outside the office straight after your test. Rosettes will be sent my post)
For every class entered, you can gain a signature on your Top Riders loyalty card which is worth two points.

Terms & Conditions
OVID-19 rules
We are now holding all entries for 21 days after the show due to the test and trace government requirements. We also have a QR code on the wall by the office and on the times board if people wish to use this.
we are not allowing spectators
We are allowing each rider to bring 1 groom with them per horse. Under 18 are allowed two parents. If we see anyone with more then 1 person then we will ask them to leave site.
In-between your classes please remain at your lorry/trailer
Social distancing government guidelines must apply at all times while onsite
we will have a one-way in and one-way out system for the indoor arena
we ask anyone on foot who comes into the collecting ring or indoor arena to wear a face covering. This can be removed if you are calling.
we will only be allowing 6 people in the warm up arena at one time.
All results will be posted on our website.
We ask all competitors to bring a SAE with them so we can post there sheets .
There is hand sanitizer's around the site please use them.
We will only have 2 toilets open, There are cleaned hourly. We do ask if you have one in your lorry please use it.
For us to run events, competitor's must understand that the rules are in place for everyone's safely and that a zero tolerance will be in place. For anyone found to breach them will be asked to leave.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
The organisers have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present. For the measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and stewards. We strongly recommend that body protectors are worn. By entering an event at Topthorn Arena, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. Please see our venue or website for a full copy.

PHOTOGRAPHS
Topthorn Arena and those acting on behalf of Topthorn Arena may take photos during events. It is the responsibility of those attending to notify us when entering if you do not wish for any of your images or results to be shared on our website or social media accounts.

RESPECT
We want all competitors and spectators to enjoy their visit to Topthorn. This site is also our home so please respect the venue by not leaving litter, muck or bedding anywhere on the site. Thank you.
