Clear Round Show Jumping

Sunday 1st November 2020

 Online Entries Only. £5 per class

Clear Round Classes;

Round 1- 9:30am- 50cm

Round 2- 10:45am- 60cm

Round 3- 12:00pm- 70cm

Round 3- 1:15pm- 80cm

Round 4- 2:30pm- 90cm

 

Round 5- 3:45pm- 1 meter

 Rosettes for clear rounds only. A clear round means no poles knocked down or refusals.

Rules and Conditions of Entry

Your participation is deemed to include acceptance of these rules

 

COVID RESTRICTIONS:

  1. Social distancing is to be practiced at all times.
  2. Anyone displaying symptoms must NOT attend.
  3. Parking to be in accordance with social distancing regulations. You must park at least 2 metres away from other vehicle users.
  4. There will be an exercise arena with jumps which may be used for a maximum of six horses at a time. No spectators or grooms will be allowed to access to the exercise arena and/or the warm-up arena. There will be a steward to adjust the fences in the warm-up arena.

5.       Only Stewards and Judges allowed in collecting and competition rings other than during designated course walks (rider + one helper)

6.       Only one person in the toilet block at any one time (unless assisting a child or providing support for someone with additional needs)

7.       No catering facilities on site

8.       Any individual not adhering to COVID 19 restrictions will be asked to leave

9.       Once you have competed please leave the venue so we are maintaining our limit of 30 people on site at one time

Entries:

1.       Entries will be online only. No entries on the day

2.       Classes are subject to overrun and times provided are a guideline, however please arrive promptly for your allocated class time

 

Rider and Public Safety:

  1. Hats must be worn to at least this standard with harnesses properly adjusted and fastened: British PAS015: 1998 or 2011 provided they are BSI Kitemarked or Inspec IC marked, VG1 01.040 2014-12 provided they are BSI Kitemarked or Inspec IC marked. European – VG 01.040: 2014-12 provided they are BSI Kitemarked or Inspec IC marked. American - ASTM F1163: 2004a or 04a onwards provided they are SEI marked, SNELL E2001 or Snell E2016. Australian & New Zealand - AS/NZS 3838: 2006 onwards provided they are SAI global marked
  2. When not competing all horses/ponies must be kept on the horse box park or collecting rings. They must not be exercised in the car/lorry park, or among spectators. No lunging allowed at the venue.
  3. Horses/ponies tied to trailers or lorries must not be left unattended.
  4. Dogs are not permitted on the grounds.

Event Liability:

  1. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
