• Pole work and jumping lessons in our main jumping arena – full course of FEI fences including fillers and water trays

Former International event rider Fiona Van Tuyll represented her native Holland at Junior, Young Rider and Senior Level. She was a team silver medallist and was placed 5th at Punchestown European and 6th at Burghley European as well as competing in the Barcelona Olympics. Fiona also has competed up to Intermediate level dressage. Since retiring from competitive riding Fiona has trained many successful horse and rider combinations in all disciplines, including William Fox-Pitt and is now the BE under 18 Coach.

Payment is secure and it goes directly to Boyton Hall. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Please remember to give me any time preferences and if you would like dressage, pole work or jumping
For groups please let me know height jumping so that I can easily group people together.
Or if you are travelling together etc. Please let me know so we can arrange times to suit

Withdrawals/Refunds

If you are unable to attend your clinic, we will refund you the fee paid minus a £10 administration fee only if we are able to fill your place on the clinic.

Use of the arena/clinic is at the hirer’s risk. All hirers are advised to check arena before entering to ensure that it has been left in a safe and good clean condition by the previous occupant, and are required to leave it in a safe and good clean condition


No smoking or drinking alcohol in arena.


All clients and their guests and customers are required to adhere to commonly accepted standards of decency and good behaviour. Racial abuse, discrimination, swearing and loud or aggressive conduct will not be tolerated. Boyton Hall Arena Ltd reserves the right to ask any person on the premises to leave immediately. Boyton Hall arena Ltd reserve the right to refuse admission to any person without giving reason.

No horses are to be left tied up outside a horse box or lorry.


A horse must be accompanied by its passport whenever it leaves its own yard (unless it’s being moved on foot or hacked out.)


Boyton Hall arena ltd runs a strict vaccination policy; annual vaccinations are required for all horses and ponies

The hirer is responsible the horses/pony’s hooves are free from muck and mud prior to entering the arena and that they are picked out prior to leaving the arena.

The hirer is responsible for cleaning up all poo in the the lorry park and we ask you leave Boyton Hall as you found it. 


Litter is to be taken home with you.


Children under 16 must always be supervised.

 

The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the premises or equipment and must pay the total amount required to make good any such damage.

Due to Covid restrictions there is no access to toilet facilities.  Hirers are asked to stay up in the lorry park and booked arena and that there is no access to the Boyton Hall yard or other facilities


It is always mandatory for all riders to wear a protective helmet to British standard EN1384 or PAS015 while mounted on Boyton Hall Arena Ltd property. Body protectors are strongly advised, and suitable footwear worn.


Well behaved dogs are welcome, but they must always be kept on leads  

Riding is a risky sport. Riding your own horse, or a horse on loan / lent to you at Boyton Hall Arena Ltd, using any of the facilities or riding in a competition or clinic at Boyton Hall Arena Ltd is done entirely at your own risk. Boyton Hall Arena Ltd takes no responsibility for any rider’s safety either whilst they are riding or when handling horses.

The relationship is between yourself and the instructor.  Boyton Hall Arena Ltd takes no responsibility for the quality of your lesson and any disputes or issued are to be discussed with the trainer on the day.

 

From time to time Boyton Hall Arena Ltd may take photos of the arenas or facilities in use, for the purposes of marketing, via sales materials or through social media, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. Please email us at info@boytonhall.me if you DO NOT wish images of you or your horse to be used in this way.
