Entries for all classes close prompt at 9am on Friday 23rd OCTOBER 2020
All HORSES MUST HAVE HAD A FLU VACCINATION WITHIN 6 MONTHS AND 21 DAYS OF THE COMPETITION AND NOT WITHIN THE 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT (i.e. on or after 10th April 2020) A copy of the flu vaccination and microchip MUST be sent to Tony Parker BEFORE the event a5passports@gmail.com

Payment Details & Event Fees
NO entries accepted on the day. ONLY entries in advance using our Secure Online Entry System.
NO entries will be accepted by post, email or over the telephone.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Solihull Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Rosettes to 6th in all classes – Please bring or post an A5 SAE with a “large” stamp.

Special Classes
Classes 1, 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 3, 4A, 4B, 4C, & 4D are qualifiers for the BRC SEIB Novice Winter Dressage Championships at Arena UK on 27 - 28 March 2021.

Terms & Conditions
Pre-Entries
All entrants must pay a pre-entry per team, and per individual to British Riding Clubs by 9th October 2020. https://www.bhs.org.uk/enjoy-riding/british-riding-clubs click on pre entries.
If the date of the qualifier is cancelled for any reason, the close of pre entry will remain. However, if the qualifier is moved more than 21 days later, entries will be re-opened but late entry fees cannot be refunded.
Eligibility will be considered from the original close of prelim entry date.
All hats must have a visible AQUA BRC hat tag in place before they are used for warming up and competing.
Your horse must have up to date Influenza vaccinations in line with rule G7 in the current BRC Rulebook. There is a checking device on the BRC website. Passports must be emailed prior to the event to a5passports@gmail.com Tack and Dress Rules Please make sure you adhere to tack and dress rules found in the current version of the BRC rules. The full 2020 Rulebook is available to download online.

General Rules
HATS must be worn whenever mounted and conform to PAS15 (1998 or 2011). VG01.040 2014-12. ASTM F1163.2004a and have a BSI Kite mark or Inspec IC mark, SNELL E2001 or 2016 (No additional mark required) CORRECT dress & footwear must be worn. ALL horses and ponies must be four years old and over. ENTRIES accepted at rider’s risk. SRC reserve the right to refuse an entry at their discretion, cancel, amend or amalgamate any class for any reason whatsoever. The Judge’s decision is final. INSURANCE Each competitor must carry their own liability insurance whether Riding Club, Pony Club, BHS, BS, BD, BE or independent cover. HEALTH & SAFETY The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards. Those attending this event must report any accidents to the secretary or organizer of the event Please do not leave unattended horses tied to lorries. Solihull Riding Club welcomes responsible dog owners. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

COVID-19 precautions
You must not attend site if you, or any of those travelling with you, or anyone from your household is exhibiting any symptoms of being unwell. Social distancing of 2 metres or more must be strictly adhered to at all times. Please only bring one helper with you. TRACK AND TRACE FORM REQUIRED ON THE GATE. We will not accept anyone just “turning up”. The toilets may be limited, and the main building will be closed to visitors. No person should enter any other Lorry or car/trailer, or move close to any other rider, client, instructor, official or member of staff or any other member of the public at any time. You will have an allotted time for your test, please only arrive on site a maximum of 1.25 hours before your time and leave as promptly as possible afterwards, to ensure limited numbers on site at any time. Please do not enter the arena more than 45 minutes before your allotted time in order to warm up.. Please ensure you bring an adequate supply of water for you and your horse. Government guidelines could change quickly at any time; therefore Solihull Riding Club reserve the right to close site at short notice. NO SPECTATORS ALLOWED
