Week 1  Pole work is using poles to improve rhythm and balance in the paces, encouraging the horse to work from behind and over the back so improving muscle tone.

Week 2 13th  Show jumping for the nervous and novice session 1 max 60cm  session 2 max 80 cm 

 Week 3 20th  22010 Show Jumping for the nervous and novice session 1 max 60cm session 2 max 80cm
