ENTRIES CLOSE: 7 days before competition
Run on the new outdoor arena with 2 tests at each level running at the same time (if there are sufficient entries) or in class number order if the entries are small – so times will be relatively close if doing 2 tests.
Some test will take place in the indoor school and will run in class number order.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries accepted in advance using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to West Wilts EC. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Late entries are £3 extra per class if space permits.
There will be a surcharge of £5 per entry for anyone entering after the times have been done ie 3 days before the competition.

Stabling Information: Yes

Shavings only on site, although straw can be arranged locally. Please contact for details.

Refreshments:

Hot food between 12pm - 3pm. Drinks & chocolate available at other times

Withdrawals/Refunds

Refunds only if withdrawn before the close of entries or if replaced from a waiting list

Terms & Conditions

Conditions that need to be complied with to keep us all safe
• All entries and payments to be made online.
• Any visitor who displays any symptoms or suspects they may have contracted Covid-19 must obviously not attend the venue.
• Prior to leaving home all participants should take their own and accompanying persons temperature, if there is any doubt they should not attend the centre.
• No person that attends the centre should be within 2 metres of any other attendee or staff for in excess of 10 minutes.
• All activity will be in accordance with the advice from the relevant national body, and social distancing guidelines must always be adhered to.
• Please keep your time on site to a minimum, please don’t arrive more than 40 minutes before your test/round/ride time and leave the site as soon as it is safe for your horse to travel.
• There is strictly no entry to the office or yard areas.
• The toilets will be open but there is a one in one out policy in place. These will be serviced and cleaned regularly.
• Hand sanitising stations will be provided and members are encouraged to take home their rubbish where possible.
• Please park considerately, a safe distance from each other. Current recommendations are 10m apart if there is tying up on both sides of your box; 5m where tying up is on one side, and 3m apart if no tying up is used.
• All competitors will be limited to one supporter per horse. No other person(s) should be in attendance.
• Please do not park in front of or block access to the loading bay.
• PLEASE PRINT/MAKE YOUR OWN ALLOCATED RIDER NUMBER OR USE YOUR NUMBER DISK. NUMBERS WILL BE ALLOCATED WITH TIMES. THIS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES AND MUST BE EASILY READABLE.
• The warm up arena is limited to 6 people at any one time. Access to the warm up will be strictly allocated as per the times list. Competitors ONLY allowed in this area. NO trainers, spectators or filming are allowed in any of the arenas.
• Warm up time will be limited by numbers allowed in arena to an estimated 30 – 40 minutes
• After riding test please cool down in the test arena till the next rider arrives or use the lorry park – do not use the warm up arena for cooling down. You are expected to ride on your allocated times. If you do not do so, you risk being unable to compete.
• We ask that competitors maintain social distancing when riding and, once you have finished competing, you leave the site as promptly as possible.
• No scoreboards or screens will be used on event and all scores/results will be published online at the end of the day.
• No rosettes, score sheets or prize money will be available on the day. Please email us for a copy or leave an A5 Large Letter Stamped Addressed Envelope for rosettes and dressage sheets. Prize money forms will be emailed to placed riders at the end of the day, these are to be returned within 7 days of the competition and prize money will be paid by BACS within 21 days of the competition.
• Dogs are allowed but MUST be kept on a short lead at all times. No Exceptions. We apologise for the inflexibility of these requirements but hope that you will understand that this is for the benefit of all.
