Terms & Conditions
• It shall be deemed a condition of entry that the organisers, the landowner and his agents shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to competitors, onlookers, their property, servants or horses and ponies howsoever caused on the premises • Riders must wear riding hats to current approved British Standards, with the chinstrap properly fastened at all times when mounted. Helmets must have plain, dark coloured covers • All competitors have a responsibility to ensure that they and their horse are fit and at an appropriate standard to compete in the event • All dogs must be kept on leads at ALL TIMES • NO SMOKING is allowed around the arenas, there are designated areas in the lorry park • The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any show, alter classes and refuse any entries without explanation. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made less £3.00 per entry form to cover administration costs • All horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over • Horses may be ridden once only in each class, with the exception of the PYO / % classes • No lungeing permitted • Please use the bins provided for litter and droppings • In the interests of health and safety, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and obey the instructions of the Organiser and Stewards • For the avoidance of doubt and unless explicitly stated to the contrary, medical facilities will be limited to standard NHS accident and emergency callout • Horses and ponies tied up outside horse boxes or trailers must not be left unsupervised • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult • All classes will be judged under current BD rules, no commanders at Championship • No refunds, substitutions or transfers can be made after entries close • Professional Riders—in the spirit of the Unaffiliated Dressage Championships, professional riders who receive remuneration for training riders/horses and/or competing clients’ horses are not allowed to qualify.
