EQUIFEST
This Show is affiliated to the Equifest Showing Show, taking place at the East of England Showground on the 17th – 21st August 2021. The two highest exhibits not already qualified in each affiliated class will qualify.

TSR NAF Five Star Showing Finals - This show is a qualifier for the 2021 TSR NAF Five Star Showing Finals. Qualify and enter ANY of the Finals Central, East Anglia, North West, North East, South East, South, Wales & South West or Scottish. You Do Not have to be a TSR member to qualify or enter a final. The Rider/Handler qualifies and can enter any horse/pony in any number of Finals! TSR NAF Five Star Riders Finals - 1st & 2nd riders qualify and will receive a qualification flyer in the ring. TSR NAF Five Star In Hand Finals - The two highest placed Handlers with a TSR In Hand sheet will qualify in any In Hand class. Handlers MUST have their sheet signed in the ring by the judge/steward, cards are available FREE from the TSR website. Full details at http://www.theshowingregister.co.uk/

Equifest & BSHA Intro Championships - With a TSR qualification flyer you can also enter Equifest 17-21 Aug 2021 at Peterbrough www.equifest.org.uk & the BSHA Intro Champs in Sept at Addington Equestrian Centre - You do not have to be a BSHA member to qualify or enter the final. TRAILBLAZERS 1st, 2n 3rd & 4th places will qualify for the 2nd round. Please collect information (Congratulations Letter) from the Secretary’s office.

ORSETT CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW This Show is affiliated to the Orsett Horticultural & Agricultural Show, with the championship final taking place at the Orsett Showground on the first Saturday in September 2021. All competitors must be amateur riders and reside in Essex, to compete at this championship. The two highest placed exhibits not already qualified in each class will qualify. If 1st and 2nd have qualified then qualification passes down to no lower than 4th place. No membership fee is required. Qualifying cards to be collected from the show where qualified. A qualifying card for each class being entered for the final, must be sent with the entry fee to the Orsett Show before the closing date 21st August 2021 1st – 6th In each class will receive a championship rosette. COVID – 19 RULES SHOWING
All entries must be made in advance of the show. Entries are £12 per class. Entries will open until Monday 11th October 2020. Entries will be limited to ensure a manageable amount of competitors thus it is advised you enter early to avoid disappointment. Classes will be judged in sections of no more than 5 competitors if the number of entries exceeds 5 in a given class (this is subject to change dependent on the applicable government guidelines at the time of the show). NO SPECTATORS OR MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC. Whilst NOT competing please remain at your lorry/trailer. A final timetable will be provided on our website with your numbers confirming class times. Please do not arrive any sooner than 1 hour before your class. Please be respectful to others and enjoy your day!

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE SHOW IF YOU HAVE HAD SYMPTONS OF THE COVID VIRUS WITHIN THE LAST 7 DAYS
YOU MUST MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON TIME FOR YOUR CLASS DO NOT GO TO WARMUP TOO EARLY AS YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE ARENA IF THERE IS MAXIMUM OF 5 HORSES ALREADY IN THE WARMUP ARENAS.
CAFÉ WILL BE CLOSED BUT THERE WILL BE A MOBILE CATERING UNIT IN THE LORRY PARK WHICH HAS HAD GOOD REVIEWS.
TOILETS. WE HAVE THE TOILETS IN THE YARD OPEN AND THE ONES AT BACK OF CAFÉ. THERE WILL BE SANITIZERS OUTSIDE THE TOILETS FOR YOU TO SANITIZE BEFORE AND ATER LEAVING THE TOILETS.
ONLY BRING WITH YOU YOUR IMMEDIATE FAMILY/PARTNER OR FRIEND TO HELP YOU.
NO SPECTATORS. ONLY COMPETITORS AND PEOPLE TRANSPORTING THEM OR GROOMS ARE ALLOWED ON SHOWGROUND.
OFFICES AND VIEWING GALLERY WILL BE CLOSED
LORRY PARK. WE HAVE PUT CONES IN THE LORRY PARK AND YOU ARE TO PARK IN BETWEEN THE CONES FACING THE CONES TO ENSURE SOCIAL DISTANCING.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU SOCIAL DISTANCE 1 METRE MINIMUM APART FROM OTHER PEOPLE. WASH AND SANITIZE HANDS REGULARLY.
