ENTRIES CLOSE MIDDAY SATURDAY BEFORE THE SHOW
Classes will be held in the INDOOR arena. Warm up will be covered arena with sand/rubber surface.
Good lorry parking on hard standing.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Brook Farm is an Equestrian Club which requires all competitors to be members. You can buy your lifetime membership at the centre for just £2 with your online entry.

Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to BFEC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Special Classes

Trailblazers & Blue Chip Qualifier
Top 6 direct qualifier for finals at vale view Leicester 24th - 27th sept 7th - 10th points system for qualification they have to email east.equicel@gmail.com with their details and horse class and placings
Please use the Trailblazers rules regarding eligibility for horse/ponies and riders for all Trailblazer classes. Go to www.trailblazerschampionships.com.

Restrictions and Rules for Brook Farm: Riders may compete and qualify in more than one level and with more than one horse. Restrictions apply at the time of qualifying only. Brook Farm EC is delighted if riders progress through the season and can qualify at two levels. Combinations (horse & rider) 1st to 6th in each class will accumulate points towards our Brook Farm EC Points League. Combinations (horse & rider) in each class who gains 58% or more will qualify for the Summer Championships 2021. Classes will be split Senior/Junior. Junior up to16 yrs not to attained their 16th birthday before1/1/18.Horse /Rider combination that have won a BFTC championship prior to 2018 will not be allowed to compete at the same level again and will have to move up a level this excludes Elementary.

Withdrawals/Refunds

All withdrawals from the competition must be accompanied by a Vets/Doctors certificate if you want a refund of entry fees.

PROTOCOL COVID 19 YOU MUST PLEASE READ

Please do not attend the show if you have had symptons of the covid virus within the last 14 days
You must bring stamped and addressed envelope for your dressage sheets and rosettes to be sent to you. If you bring normal size envelope then you will be sent the smaller rosettes if you bring an a5 size then we can send you our bigger rosettes. Stamped and addressed envelopes to be left in a tray which will be in the entrance of the green portacabin near the indoor arena. No sheets or rosettes will be handed out on the day.
No score scoreboard will be available to look at on the day the results will be put online within 24 hours.
If you have qualified for trailblazers we will put the form in an envelope with your score sheet.
Café will be closed but there will be mobile catering unit in lorry park which has had good reviews.
Toilets. We have the toilets in the yard open and the ones at back of café there will be sanitizers outside toilets for you to sanitze before and ater leaving the toilets.
Only bring with you your immediate family/partner or friend with you to help you
No spectators. Only competitors and people transporting them or grooms are allowed on showground.
Offices will be closed and indoor viewing gallery closed.
Lorry park. We have put cones in the lorry park and you are to park in between the cones facing the cones to ensure social distancing.
No more than 6 horses at a time in dressage warmup. No people are allowed in arena on foot.
Showjumping. No more than 5 horses in warmup at a time and we will be doing warmup fence for you
Please ensure that you social distance 1mtr minimum apart from other people. Wash and sanitize hands regularly.
