The dressage will be indoors and the jumping outdoors.

PLEASE, PLEASE if you are competing multiple horses, entering more than one class or travelling with another competitor, you MUST MENTION THIS IS IN THE CLASS OR EVENT NOTES.  You may wish to note that the combined training classes run in order of the height of the jumps, and therefore if you are travelling with someone doing, say, class 2a and competing in, say, class 16 yourself, you are likely to have a long wait.  We will do our best to accommodate circumstances such as these, but cannot make any guarantees.

Please also note entries are capped for this event due to the fading light from 4pm onwards.

At the moment, we are still posting dressage sheets to competitors, but this may change come the date of the show - please keep an eye on our Facebook page (Brook Farm Events), website or see the notices on the portacabin door on the day of the show for further news re this.

Brook Farm is an Equestrian Club which requires all competitors to be members. You can buy your lifetime membership at the centre for just £2 with your online entry.

Please use the Trailblazers rules regarding eligibility for all Trailblazer classes. Go to www.trailblazerschampionships.com. The 5 highest placed combinations will qualify from each Combined Training Qualifier for the Trailblazers Championship Finals regardless of the number of entries in the Qualifier. All Trailblazers Combined Training Qualifiers are Direct Qualifiers for the Trailblazers Championships Finals.

To Qualify for the dressage 2nd rounds, you need to obtain a score of 58% and above

All withdrawals from the competition must be accompanied by a Vets/Doctors certificate if you want a refund of entry fees.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL - YOU MUST PLEASE READ 

As you are aware, we are in the midst of a global pandemic with government advice changing daily.  Please ensure you have read the up-to-date government general guidelines and information regarding COVID-19 for staying safe and well during your visit to Brook Farm, and please do not attend Brook Farm if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms such as (but not limited to) a continuous cough, a high temperature and / or a change in your normal sense of taste and smell; likewise please do not attend if you have travelled and are supposed to be self-isolating

TOILETS - Our toilets in the yard are open as are the ones at the back of the café.  Please sanitise your hands before entering and after leaving the toilets.

OFFICE - The office will be closed; please speak to a steward in the event of any questions, assistance, concerns or in an emergency.

HORSEBOX PARKING - We have put cones in the lorry park and you are to park in between and facing the cones to ensure social distancing.

WARM UP - Please, no more than 5 horses at a time in the warmup.  No people are allowed in the arena on foot (except in the event they are assisting a competitor in the X-pole or 40cm classes).  The indoor viewing gallery will be closed.

CAFÉ - The café is now open for takeaway food and drinks

FRIENDS AND FAMILY - Only bring with you your immediate family partner or (support bubble) friend with you to help.  No spectators allowed. Only competitors and people transporting them or their grooms are allowed on the show ground.

PLEASE, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU KEEP TO SOCIAL DISTANCING REGULATIONS OF STAYING 2m APART FROM OTHER PEOPLE (INCLUDING THE STEWARDS), AND ENSURE YOU WASH AND SANITISE YOUR HANDS REGULARLY.
