Show Information

RDA Grooming Session.

Unmounted sessions could include touching/smoothing the pony, understanding some basic horse behaviour and care, learning to use the grooming kit, learning the parts of the pony, working on the horse knowledge parts of the proficiency test, etc. Other activities may be included if it is safe to do so. Sessions will take place at the front of the Pony Palace. Participants must be accompanied by parent or carer during the session [and must wear a riding hat]. I am in discussion at the moment with CES about riding hat wear - you might want to double check with her. If you think of anything else let me know - I will be driving to the Centre from 1130, but have hands free in my car!
