Teams of 2: Includes 50 bird clay shoot per person set over a series of stands to include cartridges.   NB The entry fee is £95 per pair (not per person)

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE, EITHER ONLINE OR BY POST.  NO ENTRIES WILL BE TAKEN ON THE DAY

For postal entries, please complete the Entry Form and send with a cheque made payable to the “Vine and Craven Hunt” to Rachel Chamings, Cherrytree Farm, Ashford Hill Road, Headley, Thatcham RG19 8AJ

Postal entries to be received by Wednesday 2nd September £95 per pair
Online entries to be received by 9.00 pm Wednesday 2nd September £95 per pair
Have a Go stand for all spectators and novices, with all equipment and instruction provided: £10 (payable on the stand)

Terms & Conditions

For online entries, receipt of the entry fee will be taken as your agreement to abide by the rules and the conditions of entry.

RULES
1. All competitors and anyone accompanying them must abide by any required social distancing or other coronavirus protection measures which may be in place at the time of the event. It is everyone’s individual responsibility to ensure their own health and minimise any risk to any others.
2. Anyone feeling unwell, with Covid-19 type symptoms must not attend. Please contact us for a refund.
3. No entries will be refunded without a medical certificate.
4. All competitors must have valid shotgun license certificate and insurance – proof to be provided on registration.
5. Ear, eyes and head protection to be worn when shooting and for spectating.
6. In the event of cancellation, the entry fee will be refunded less £1.50 per entry for administration costs.
7. The decision of the organizers on any matter shall be final.
8. Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times.

The Vine & Craven Hunt, the Owners of the property, the organizers, all persons and all organizations involved in this ride disclaim all liability for any damage to any person or property that may happen from any cause or circumstance, or for any legal proceedings arising. All participants and other interested persons are responsible for making their own insurance arrangements.
