Payment Details & Event Fees
Brook Farm is an Equestrian Club which requires all competitors to be members. You can buy your lifetime membership at the centre for just £2 with your online entry.

ENTRIES ONLY ONLINE - NO TELEPHONE OR POSTAL ENTRIES OR CASH WILL BE TAKEN.
You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to BFEC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

ALSO INCORP: BLUE CHIP DIRECT QUALIFIERS 2020 FINALS TO BE HELD AT SOLIHULL RC ON 24TH -27TH SEPTEMBER 2020 + TRAILBLAZER QUALIFIERS 2021

Please use the Trailblazers rules regarding eligibility for all Trailblazers classes. Go to www.trailblazerschampionships .com The 5 highest placed combinations will qualify from each Combined Training Qualifier for the Trailblazers Championship Finals regardless of the number of entries in the Qualifier. All Trailblazers Combined are direct Qualifiers for the Trailblazers Championships Finals. To qualify for the dressage you need to obtain a score of 58% and above.

Please use the equi-excel rules regarding eligibility for Blue Chip classes. Go to www.equi-excel.com Direct qualifier For placing 1st – 6th and thereafter point system from 7th – 10th . If you are placed from 1st – 10th and wish to compete in the championships then email east.equiexcel@gmail.com with you and horses details and class placings. They will have our results so can approve your qualification

Withdrawals/Refunds
All withdrawals from the competition must be accompanied by a vet/doctor certificate if you want a refund of entry fees.

Terms & Conditions
PROTOCOL COVID 19 YOU MUST PLEASE READ

Please do not attend the show if you have had symptons of the covid virus within the last 7 days
Drawn order only. You must make sure you are on time otherwise you could miss your class.
Do not go to warmup too early as you will not be allowed in the arena if there is maximum amount of horses already in the warmup arenas.
Café will be closed but there will be a mobile catering unit in the lorry park which has had good reviews.
Toilets. We have the toilets in the yard open and the ones at back of café. There will be Sanitizers outside the toilets for you to sanitize before and ater leaving the toilets.
Only bring with you your immediate family/partner or friend to help you.
No spectators. Only competitors and people transporting them or grooms are allowed on showground.
Offices will be closed and indoor viewing gallery closed.
Lorry park. We have put cones in the lorry park and you are to park in between the cones facing the cones to ensure social distancing.
Dressage and combined training: no more than 6 horses at a time in dressage warmup. No people are allowed in the arena on foot.
You must bring a stamped and addressed envelope and leave in basket which will be in the doorway of green portacabin near indoor arena so we can send you your rosetes, score sheets, qualification forms etc. A5 envelope if poss.
Showjumping. No people are allowed in warmups unless in lead rein class. Front section of
Warmup arena is for you to warm up on the flat. No more than 5 horses in warmup at a time. then you will be called into showjumping warmup, we will be doing warmup fence for you.
You will then enter showjumping arena from far end of warmup arena and leave showjumping arena the far side where there is a walkway that takes you to the lorry park.
Rosettes and medals/trophies qualification forms can be collected from the entrance of the showjumping judges box.
Please ensure that you social distance 1mtr minimum apart from other people. Wash and Sanitize hands regularly.
