All tests run under Pony Club dressage rules. Please see the Pony Club website for the rules.

1. The classes will be judged in accordance with the 2020 Pony Club Dressage Rule book https://pcuk.org/media/psedy2xm/dressage-rule-book-2020-final.pdf 2. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organizers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. 3. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organizers and all officials and stewards. 4. All non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Cobham & Wimbledon Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you. 5. Entries to reach the Secretary by post by Saturday 11th April 2020 online or on the forms attached with full payment. Email forms will be accepted. Contact the secretary to make payment via BACS. 6. In the event of cancellation, £2 of the entry will be retained to defray costs. 7. While every care will be taken, the organisers hereby give notice that, to the extent permitted by law, they accept no responsibility for any injury, damage loss or expense whatsoever or howsoever caused, arising out of or in any way connected with this event. 8. The decision of the judge is final. Objections are to be made to the Secretary in writing, within half an hour of the disputed event, together with a deposit of £10 which will be refunded should the objection be upheld. 9. Horses must not be left unattended whilst tied up to your lorry/trailer. 10. Horses or ponies must be over four years old on the day of the competition. 11. No horse or pony may be ridden more than once in any class. 12. No galloping or lunging anywhere on the showground, riders must only walk their horses/ponies in the car park. 13. No fees will be refunded without a vet’s or doctor’s certificate. 14. NO DOGS ALLOWED. 15. Your signature on the entry form, or payment of an entry fee, shall be deemed to be an acceptance of the above rules and conditions.
