Show Information
Entries close the preceding Friday. Late entries will be taken at a £2 charge per class. If classes are full a waiting list will be kept.

Classes will be judged under BD rules. Bridle numbers must be worn.
Horses may only enter once in each class competitively.

OPEN/RESTRICTED SECTIONS:
Classes at Introductory and Preliminary level will be split into OPEN and RESTRICTED sections if there are more than six starters. The RESTRICTED section is open only to combinations who have not been placed first or second at the level of the class or above more than three times with a score of more than 65.00% or who have not been placed first or second at a Championship at the level of the class or above. The OPEN section is open to all, including horses/ponies and riders who are currently registered with British Dressage. The appropriate classes at Championships will also be split accordingly.

Payment Details & Event Fees
NO entries accepted on the day. ONLY entries in advance using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Solihull Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Telephone entries will be taken at a charge of £2 per class.

ENTRY FEE (per class): SRC Members: £12.00 Non-Members: £15.00
Training Sections available at £2.00 discount per class (for people wanting to ride H.C)

Special Classes
Qualifiers for the Solihull Riding Club Championships Saturday 10th October 2020
First 6 in each class qualify for the Solihull Riding Club championships on Saturday 10th October 2020.

*New- Dates from April- June are qualifiers for Equi- Excel BCFE Championships!*

All classes are Cricklands qualifiers.

Withdrawals/Refunds
In the unfortunate event of withdrawal, please advise the secretary by mid-day Monday prior to the competition. We regret no refunds will be made after the Monday.

Terms & Conditions
COVID-19 precautions
You must not attend site if you, or any of those travelling with you, or anyone from your household is exhibiting any symptoms of being unwell.
Social distancing of 2 meters or more must be strictly adhered to at all times.
Please only bring one member of your household with you.
We will not accept anyone just “turning up”.
Parking may still be on the overflow car park and then walk through the main car park to the outdoor arena. Directions will be signposted. No person is to access any other part of the site other than the overflow car park and walking through the main car park to the outdoor arena or second indoor arena. The toilets and the main building will be closed to visitors.
No person should enter any other Lorry or car/trailer, or move close to any other rider, client, instructor, official or member of staff or any other member of the public at any time.
Warm up numbers will be restricted to 5 plus the steward at any one time.
Please leave as promptly as possible afterwards, to ensure limited numbers on site at any time.
There may be NO toilet facilities available on site and please ensure you bring an adequate supply of water for you and your horse.
Government guidelines could change quickly at any time; therefore Solihull Riding Club reserve the right to close site at short notice.
NO SPECTATORS ALLOWED
