Show Information
Please be aware if you plan to enter classes 5 or 6 as a warm up for the Dengie the times allocated may result in the Dengie class is ridden first, depending on entries.
Entries to all classes will be restricted due to daylight hours
Arenas may be subject to change dependent on entries.

All Pony Club tests can be found on the website and downloaded for free. All tests run under Pony Club rules and are open to all (non-members can participate)

Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Mid Surrey Pony Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Entry Fees: £12 for MSPC members, £15 for non-members

Prize Information
Rosettes to 6th place.
A Mid-Surrey Championship trophy will be running over the two dates (Mid Surrey Members only).

Dengie qualifiers: please see Pony Club website for rules. Both tests and rules can be downloaded free.

This show is a qualifier for The Sunshine Tour Championships held at The All England Jumping Course, Hickstead from Thursday 17th – Sunday 20th September 2020. The Championships are for unaffiliated and amateur competitors in Dressage from Intro to Elementary, Show Jumping from Lead Rein to 1.05m; Showing for lead rein, in-hand, ridden, working hunter, veterans, plus many more, Eventer’s Challenge from 60cm through to 1m. Qualification: 1st – 4th place. Qualification does not pass down the line.

DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE SHOW GROUND
1. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Cub nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies nor the landlord or his tenant accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, spectators, land, cars their contents and accessories or any other personal property whatsoever whether caused by their negligence breech of contact or any other way. 2. All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and most have their own third party cover. The Mid Surrey Branch of the Pony Club and organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you. whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. 3. The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure that health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. 4. The organisers reserve the right to alter or cancel any of the classes as necessary. 5. Hard hat/crash helmet with correctly fastened chinstrap/ harness must be worn at all times when mounted (PA5015, EN1384K or ASTMF1163) 6. Dogs, bicycles, roller blades or similar are not permitted on the showground. 7. Horses/ponies must not be tied up outside boxes/trailers and left unattended. 8. If any horse/pony has been in contact with strangles or any other infectious disease it should not attend shows, clinics, etc at this Centre. 9. If a competitor has to withdraw, the entry fee (less £1 for administration) will only be refunded if the application for the refund is accompanied by a doctor’s or vet’s certificate and s.a.e. the secretary must receive the application no later than seven days after the competition.
