Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Online Payment is secure and it goes directly to Quob Stables. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

£12.50 per class. Quob Horse Hire £15.
Late entries may be accepted, if space available, late fee applies (£2)
If you have booked a Quob Horse, we will try our best to accommodate horse requests but these will not be confirmed until your entry is received, thank you

Withdrawals/Refunds

No refunds given at any time without a veterinary certificate. Withdrawal Entries may be transferred to the following show before the closing date at the discretion of the Show Organiser.

Terms & Conditions

Photography/ Video
Please be aware that photo and/or video images may be taken at any event of competitors and visitors for sale/commercial/promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your image to be taken and/or used, please inform the event co-ordinator who will notify the photographer/videographer.

Unaffiliated Dressage
ENTRIES will ONLY be accepted online with full payment
REFUND or TRANSFERS: No refunds or transfers will be considered after close of entries without a valid vet certificate and confirmation of withdrawal in writing to shows.quobstables@gmail.com
Class winners will receive x1 free entry to any other unaffiliated event within 3months,which must be claimed via email by writing to shows.quobstables@gmail.com

Quob Stables Event Rules

All competitors should wear a correctly fastened hat to the current BSI Standards at all times when mounted on the show ground.
Dogs should be kept on a lead at all times.
Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 yrs, who will be held responsible for their behavior and welfare.
The lorry park should be kept clear of hay and droppings, please park with consideration.
Although every effort will be made to ensure the safety of participants, horse riding is a risk sport and therefore, Quob Stables and its staff cannot accept responsibility for any accident, damage or injury to horses, riders, owners or other persons or property

Vaccinations and Passports
All competitors must adhere to their own governing body's current rules on vaccinations.
All horses MUST travel with a valid passport which competitors must be prepared to produce on request by the show organiser or secretary. The submission of any entry will be deemed to include acceptance of these terms unless an objection is lodged with the Show Secretary before the start of the show.
