Entry Fees: £10 per class, £12 late entry.

1. The organisers and Land Owners accept NO responsibility for accidents, damage, injury or illness to competitors, spectators, animals or equipment. 2. The judge’s decision is final. 3. NO entry fees will be refunded due to cancellation by competitors unless a doctor’s or veterinary certificate is produced. 4. Objections must be made in writing within 15 minutes of the Judge’s decision, accompanied by a £10.00 deposit, which will be refunded if the objection is upheld. 5. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry, alter the schedule, combine classes and amend judges if the need arises. 6. The organisers reserves the right to cancel classes and withhold prizes and/or prize money if insufficient entries. 7. Competitors must wear correct riding dress at all times including riding hat of current British Standard fastened at all times when mounted. 8. No horse under the age of 4 years is to be ridden on the showground. 9. Galloping anywhere on the showground is strictly forbidden and may result in dismissal from the showground. 10.NO DOGS are allowed on the showground. 11. All litter is to be taken home or put in the bins provided. 12. Lunging is NOT permitted on the showground.. 13. In the event of adverse weather conditions, it is the competitor’s responsibility to seek confirmation as to whether the event is going ahead or not. 14. Please note first aid is available by contacting 999. 15. All droppings should be removed from the car park before departure.
