ENTRY FEE: £44 per team - £1 discount for each HVRC member in a team. Please apply discounts when prompted on the final summary page before payment

Prize giving: Only the teams that have jumped off for first place need to be mounted for the prize giving – all other teams to go into the ring unmounted but correctly turned out. In the event that there is an outright winner then that is the only team that will be required to be mounted

No entry fees will be refunded after the closing date.

Terms & Conditions
A team consists of four riders. The riders in each team jump in succession. All teams jump two rounds, the best three scores in each round to count. If, after the second round, there is equality for FIRST PLACE, there will be a jump off against the clock – ONE RIDER FROM EACH TEAM TO JUMP OFF. The second round is timed and these times are used to determine lower places, if faults alone cannot do this. Prize giving: Only the teams that have jumped off for first place need to be mounted for the prize giving – all other teams to go into the ring unmounted but correctly turned out. In the event that there is an outright winner then that is the only team that will be required to be mounted. 1. DRESS: HATS to the current BRC standard (EN1384; PAS015 with appropriate kite mark) must be worn, correctly secured, by all riders whether competitors or not. BEAGLER CAPS NOT ALLOWED. SHOW/TWEED JACKET, with shirt and tie or a stock. JODHPUR/RIDING BOOTS, BODY PROTECTORS strongly recommended. HAIR must be neatly secured and MUST not hang lower than the shoulder line when standing normally. 2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the HEALTH & SAFETY of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials or stewards. Entries are made entirely at your own risk. No liability can be accepted for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders or any other person or property howsoever caused. 3. The organisers and committee reserve the right to alter or cancel any class at their discretion. 4. The judge’s decision is final. 5. Objections in writing may be lodged up to 15 minutes after the finish of the class, or 15 minutes after the incident giving cause for the objection, with a deposit of £20, which will only be returned if the objection is upheld. 6. To be run in accordance with BRC & BD rules. 7. No entry fees will be refunded after the closing date.
