This event will be covered by a fully qualified event paramedic. £3 per rider.

Withdrawals/Refunds

There will be no refunds or credits after Wednesday prior to the event

Warminster Saddle Club Disclaimer
Neither the Ministry of Defence, Waterloo Lines, Warminster saddle club, The British Horse Society, Riding for the Disabled Association nor their agents will accept liability whatsoever for any accident, injury, illness or loss which may occur to any person or their property whilst participating or visiting any event staged at the Saddle Club.

Rules and Conditions of Entry
Please bring in £5 deposit (refundable) for the hire of the number bib.
Completed medical armbands must be worn during competition.
Fixed peak riding hats will not be allowed on the cross-country course.
BS approved hard hats (PAS015) and Level 2 body protectors must always be worn when mounted. All competitors are advised to have their own third-party liability insurance as riding is a high-risk sport.
If a competitor is eliminated for three refusals at any one fence they may continue, at the fence judges’/organisers’ discretion, but must move on to the next fence making way for any rider coming up behind.
A horse fall will result in immediate elimination and the rider must leave the course on foot.
Bad language or excessive use of the whip will lead to disqualification.
The judges’ decision is final.
No horse/pony under the age of 4 years may compete. No more than 2 rounds per horse/pony.
All dogs MUST always be kept on leads. Always clear up after your dog. Please take all your rubbish home.
