Those horses that have qualified for the Senior Foxhunter Championship in 2019 are not eligible for qualification to

Qualifies for: The Talent Seekers Championship to be held at Horse of the Year Show. The highest placest 7 year-old
horse in the Final will be the winner of the 7-year old Horse Championship, and will receive a bonus prize of £1,000
Qualifying period: April - September.
Numbers to qualify for the Horse of the Year Show: Four horses will qualify, which must include the highest placed 7
year-old horse i.e. if the highest placed 7 year-old horse is placed lower than fourth it will take a qualifying position
and those placed first, second and third will qualify, disregarding those that have already qualified. In addition, the
first two horses from the 7 Year Old Championship at the British Young Horse Championships will qualify,
disregarding those already qualified.
British Showjumping Boots / Leg Protection Ruling applies to this class, in accordance with Rule 102.15. Failure to
comply will incur disqualification.
Rule 290.15 - Pre-Entry Drawn Order
Entries may possibly be accepted before 9.00am providing that the number of entries are less than 60 (with the
exception of County shows). Once entries reach 60 before 9.00am the class will be closed. Any entries taken on the
day must compete first in the drawn order.

inclusive.
Numbers to qualify: Those horses that jump a clear round in the first round, followed by a clear round in the jumpoff, in at least four First Round competitions held in any qualifying period, will qualify to compete in and attend four
Second Rounds, irrespective of their placings for prize money in those competitions, which will be determined by
the normal Table A Rules (Rule 191). Horses in the class must go in to the jump-off and go clear to gain a double
clear round qualification.
1.00m Open:
For registered horses to be ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members.
If combined with an open:
In Category 1 Shows and in the event of 30 starters or more the Open and the Discovery section will be split with
two sets of prize money awarded.

Stabling Information: Yes
Overnight stables are booked from 5pm until 4pm the next day. Day stables (9am to 4pm) are available to purchase on the day subject to availability at £25. Large bale haylage is available at £45 - please order in advance. Small bale haylage and shavings are available to purchase on arrival from the stable manager. We operate an empty to empty stable policy. All stables must be fully emptied and swept out on departure. A £10/stable cash deposit will be taken on arrival. Shavings are the only permitted bedding type. Stabling cancellations giving a minimum of 7 days notice will be refunded. Online stable bookings are preffered.
