Open to Pony Club Members and Non Members. Classes are available to suit all abilities, suitable for beginners. Inexperienced horses and combinations welcome.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL COMPETITORS TO WEAR MEDICAL ARMBANDS FOR THE CROSS COUNTRY PHASE.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance only. Entries together with payment to Warwickshire Hunt Pony Club, will be taken strictly in order of receipt. To Book:

A: You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Warwickshire Hunt Pony Club. You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

B: Complete an Entry Form and send it together with your cheque made payable to "Warwickshire Hunt Pony Club" to: Event Secretary, Mrs. C. Dancer, The Roost, Dancers Drive, Loxley, Warks CV35 9LB. Tel: 01789 841323.

ENTRY FEES: WHPC Members - £35, Non-Members - £40. CLASS 5&6 WHPC £20, Non-Members £25
Plus £3.00 medical covers per rider
£10 Deposit required on the day for each xc bib
Rider may compete a max of twice in any one class.

Terms & Conditions

1. This event will be run in accordance with the Pony Club Horse Trials/Eventing Rules for 2019 – ​see exceptions to classes 5& 6 only. 2. The decisions of the Judges and of the Organisers are final. The organiser reserves the right to amalgamate/split classes if necessary 3. Hat Requirements​ - ​Vaccinations​ - ​Body Protectors​ - please check on the PCUK website for the latest ​requirements​. 4. Correct riding attire must be worn at all times when mounted 5. Medical Armbands are advised if members are not accompanied by a responsible adult for Cross Country Riding 6. This event is open to all members of the Pony Club. Competitors take part at their own risk. 7. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. 8. NO entry fees will be refunded for withdrawals after the closing date unless a veterinary or medical certificate is presented. An admin. Fee of £6 will be retained 9. Cancellation – in the event of cancellation, entry fees will be returned, less £5.00 per competitor, on receipt of SAE. 10. HEALTH AND SAFETY – The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For measures to be effective, everyone MUST take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards. ANY INCIDENT MUST BE REPORTED TO THE ORGANISERS IMMEDIATELY. 11. LIABILITY –Although every care will be taken, neither the organisers nor any person acting on their behalf or the Landowners can accept any liability for the loss, damage, accident or injury to persons, horses or property.

Outside assistance during first 3 attempts 200 (Class 6 only) You may have a 4​th​ attempt WITH outside assistance with no more penalties incurred.
Penalties​ ​Show Jumping 3​rd​ refusal 70 then on to next fence
Outside assistance (unless it is the judge) 100 pen (Class 6)
Dressage​ ​ Dressage test for class 5 & 6 may be ridden in any Bit. ​
Dressage Tests for classes 4, 5 & 6 may be commanded

I certify that in making this entry, I have read and accept the conditions laid down by the Organisers and I hereby authorise photographs taken of my son/daughter to be published in the Local and National Press and on the internet for publicity purposes. I understand that The Pony Club will select photographs for publication with care and respect for those shown.
