Entries by 8th July, £2 extra on the day (not fun classes or Gymkhana) You can book using our Secure Online Entry System - My Riding Life. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Hampshire Rural Riding Club. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment. Entries: Members £7, Non-Members £9 Clear Round £3 or 2 for £5, Gymkhana £2 per class or £6 for 4 Fun Classes £5.00 First Aid £1.50 per rider.
This show is a qualifier for The Sunshine Tour Championships held at The All England Jumping Course, Hickstead from Thursday 12th – Sunday 15th September 2019. The Championships are for unaffiliated and amateur competitors in Dressage from Intro to Elementary, Show Jumping from Lead Rein to 1.05m; Showing for lead rein, in-hand, ridden, working hunter, veterans, plus many more, Eventers Challenge from 60cm through to 1m. Qualification: 1st – 4th in dressage, show jumping & showing and 1st-6th in eventers challenges. Bring your Personal Qualification Form available from www.sunshinetour.co.uk or ask the Secretary for a ‘Wild Card’. 1. The committee reserve the right to refuse or cancel the entry(s) of any person if they deem fit to do so, without giving due reason, also the right to cancel or amalgamate any classes with insufficient entries and refund fess for any cancellation. 2 NO REFUND can be made except for cancellation of the event when entry fees will be returned on receipt of a SAE less £2.00 for administration costs (except as in conditions 1 and 7) 3. No appeal can be made against the judges whose decision shall be final. The judges have the right to disqualify any competitor for misuse of whips or spurs or any other reason they consider appropriate. 4. All ridden ponies must be 4 years or over 5. Only officials and competitors (except for grooms in stripped classes) are allowed in the ring. 6. Any objection must be lodged in writing with the secretary within 30 minutes of the incident, a fee of £30 is required which may be refunded at the committee’s discretion. 7. Except as in 1 above no refunds without veterinary certificate. 8. No responsibility whatsoever is accepted by the committee or landowners for any accident or loss on the showground to spectators, animals, vehicles or property 9. While every attempt has been made to avoid clashing classes it is the responsibility of the entrant to avoid classes scheduled to take place simultaneously. If such a case arises no refund will be given. 10 Hard hats must be worn by anyone riding on the showground. Riders must wear an approved hat which includes a permanently fitted non-detachable harness secured to the shell at more than two points. Riding hats must conform to one or more of the following standards PAS 015 (1998 or2011), VG1 01.040 (2014- 12), ASTMF1163 (2004a or 04a onwards), AS/NZS 3838 (2006 onwards). 11. All dogs must be kept on leads. 12. All stallions MUST display a stallion bridal marker. 13. All brood mares must be 4 years and over. Any accompanying foals must be a minimum of 3 weeks old on show day and must accompany their dam at all times and be led alongside while in the show ring. 14. The committee take great care to safeguard the personal details of all entrants under the GPDR regulations, our full policy is available on our website. 15. The committee reserves the right to ask any competitor, spectator, or any other person whose conduct is considered detrimental to the spirit of the show to leave the showground
