VACCINATION CERTIFICATE Due to recent cases of Equine Flu in the UK, all flu vaccination certificates and passports will be checked when horses arrive at the Championships. All horses must have been fully vaccinated within the past twelve months before arriving at the event. Horses recently vaccinated must have six clear days after the vaccination before arriving at the Championships. Horses without a valid vaccination certificate within passports on arrival will not be allowed to stay at the Championships.
Payment Details & Event Fees
Payment is secure and it goes directly to the SEIB Trailblazers Championships. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment. A fee of £14 per period (Period 1: 26 – 28 July, Period 2: 31 July – 3 August) will be charged towards medical cover during the hours of competition.
SHOWING ENTRY FEE DISCOUNTS To enter one championship competition - £40 To enter two championship competitions - £80 If the same combination (horse/pony and rider or horse/pony and handler) enter three or more championships then after the first two entries the fee for additional championships will be £20 per championship entry. REFUND OF ENTRY, MEDICAL, STABLE AND HOOK UP FEES – A refund of 75% of the entry, medical, hook up and / or stable fee will be made to Competitors who withdraw in writing prior to the Close of Entry on 9 July 2019. After 9 July any stable and / or hook up fee will be non-refundable. A refund of 50% of the entry and / or medical fee will be made until 16 July 2019, after which any entry and medical fee will be non-refundable. Should the Show or any competition be cancelled, for whatever reason, entry fees will be refunded less an administration fee of £5.00 per class entry, up to a maximum of £15 per Competitor. Stable fees remain non-refundable after the Close of Entry. Payment of refunds will only be made by cheque.
Entry to and attendance at the SEIB Trailblazers Championships is subject to the General Rules and Regulations of the Show (as set out in the Official Schedule) and Trailblazers Rules (as set out on www.trailblazerschampionships.com). By entering the Show you confirm that you have read, understood, accept and agree to comply with the Rules and Regulations of the Show and Trailblazers. In particular you acknowledge that the Organiser shall not under any circumstances be responsible for any loss, injury, illness or damage to (whether or not foreseeable and howsoever caused), or any theft from, any Competitor, any horse or other animal, any vehicle, or any other property whatsoever in the Show Ground, providing that nothing
